本实用新型涉及一种破碎机，尤其是涉及一种废铅酸蓄电池破碎机。
背景技术
废铅酸蓄电池的回收具有十分重要的意义，一方面可以使得宝贵的铅资源得到循环利用，另一方面可消除蓄电池所含有的重金属离子对环境造成污染。目前，从国内总体水平来看，废铅酸蓄电池的回收生产规模小、能耗高、工业技术落后，采用比较落后的工艺处理废铅酸蓄电池，尤其是废铅酸蓄电池的破碎工序，一般人工或者采用简单的机械装置将废铅酸蓄电池破碎，电解液随处倾倒，将塑料外壳和隔板到处堆放，造成了严重的环境污染，且效率低下，工人的劳动强度大。
实用新型内容
为了解决上述的技术问题，本实用新型提供一种生产效率高、可降低工人劳动强度和具有良好的环境效益的废铅酸蓄电池破碎机。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题的方案是：包括进料斗、机壳、转子和出料口，机壳的上部安装有进料斗，下部安装有出料口，机壳内设有转子，转子支承在机壳两端的轴承上；转子上安装有多个锤头，机壳内部转子的上方设有反击板，转子下方设有过滤栅。
上述的废铅酸蓄电池破碎机中，转子上固定有多个转子盘，多根锤头轴安装在转子盘上，多个锤头分组安装在锤头轴上，每组锤头位于一个平面内。
上述的废铅酸蓄电池破碎机中，转子盘上的多根锤头轴沿圆周方向均匀设置。
上述的废铅酸蓄电池破碎机中，机壳安装在机架上，机架支撑在四个空气弹簧上。
上述的废铅酸蓄电池破碎机中，机壳两端的轴承设有润滑站。
上述的废铅酸蓄电池破碎机中，机壳为剖分式结构。

本实用新型的技术效果是：本实用新型在密闭的机壳内对废铅酸蓄电池破碎，防止了电解液到处飞溅，并对破碎时产生的酸雾收集处理，破碎后的物料进入下一工序清洗、分离后回收利用，不会对环境造成二次污染，因此本实用新型具有良好的环境效益；本实用新型采用电动机作为动力对废铅酸蓄电池进行破碎，降低了工人的劳动强度，且提高了生产效率；本实用新型的机壳安装在机架上，机架支撑在四个空气弹簧上，减小了破碎机在工作时的振动。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型包括进料斗1、机壳2、转子3、出料口6，机壳2的上部安装有进料斗1，下部安装有出料口6，转子3置于机壳2内，支承在机壳2两端的轴承4上。机壳2内部转子3的上方设有反击板7，转子3的下方设有过滤栅5。过滤栅5呈弧形，过滤栅5的篦条设有刃口，朝向弧形的圆心。所述的机壳2为剖分式结构。
如图2所示，转子3上固定有六个转子盘31，四根锤头轴32安装在转子盘31上，二十个锤头33分五组安装在锤头轴32上，每组的锤头33位于一个平面内。转子盘31上的四根锤头轴32沿圆周方向均匀设置。
工作时，通过转子3旋转带动锤头轴32作圆周运动，而装在锤头轴32上的锤头33则作相应的摆动，在锤头33打击、反击板7和过滤栅5的篦条的反击以及锤头33和滤栅5篦条上的刃口作用下，将废铅酸蓄电池破碎开和切碎，直至碎片小于过滤栅5孔尺寸，从过滤栅5孔中落下。为了减小破碎机破碎工作时的振动，机壳2安装在机架上，机架由4个空气弹簧支撑。由于本实用新型属于连续性运行作业设备，为防止机壳2两端轴承4因温度过高而烧坏，采用润滑站向轴承4内供油循环润滑，达到润滑和降温目的。由于机壳2为剖分式结构，更换锤头33时，只需将机壳2铰链螺栓松开，即可退开上半部分活动的机壳，取出和更换备用的锤头33。

1. 一种废铅酸蓄电池破碎机，其特征是：包括进料斗、机壳、转子和出料口，机壳的上部安装有进料斗，下部安装有出料口，机壳内设有转子，转子支承在机壳两端的轴承上；转子上安装有多个锤头，机壳内部转子的上方设有反击板，转子下方设有过滤栅。
2.如权利要求1所述的废铅酸蓄电池破碎机，其特征是：转子上固定有多个转子盘，多根锤头轴安装在转子盘上，多个锤头分组安装在锤头轴上，每组锤头位于一个平面内。
3.如权利要求1所述的废铅酸蓄电池破碎机，其特征是：机壳安装在机架上，机架支撑在四个空气弹簧上。
4.如权利要求1所述的废铅酸蓄电池破碎机，其特征是：机壳两端的轴承设有润滑站。
5.如权利要求2所述的废铅酸蓄电池破碎机，其特征是：转子盘上的多根锤头轴沿圆周方向均匀设置。
6.如权利要求1或3所述的废铅酸蓄电池破碎机，其特征是：机壳为剖分式结构。
