本实用新型涉及一种柴油机部件，尤其是用于单缸柴油机的水箱。
背景技术
现有技术一种用于柴油机的抗振动水箱(ZL 201120284392.0)，存有缺陷：一是水箱底部出水口外凸台四周设置的放射形状的凹凸槽较密，材料变形量过大，导致水箱底部出水口外凸台的四个角容易开裂；二是水箱底部出水口外凸台平面与柴油机的机体之间装配尽管设有胶垫，但是，由于下压板设置在水箱底部出水口的内侧、下压板在吊环孔处的让位缺口设置过大以及水箱底部出水口外凸台平面的不平整，导致水箱底部出水口外凸台平面与柴油机机体之间，尤其是下压板在吊环孔处的让位缺口压装不紧而漏水。已有技术，柴油机使用冲压件水箱，虽然是减轻了重量和节省了材料，但是，带来的开裂和漏水问题是重要的技术难题。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于单缸柴油机的水箱，它不仅具有强度、刚度高和抗振动性能好等特点，而且使用寿命长。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种用于单缸柴油机的水箱，它包括通过焊合后连成整体的上壳体和下壳体，下壳体底部右侧部位依次设有加强筋和长方形凹坑，下壳体底部右侧边缘设有与上下壳体连接的螺钉、螺帽以及支承板。其特征是：在下壳体底部出水口外凸台周围部位每条边均设有三个U型凹槽，且出水口外凸台四角部位均设有鼓形加强筋；将下压板与下壳体底部出水口外凸台焊合为一体，且下压板吊环孔让位缺口紧靠吊环孔。
