本实用新型提供一种油缸驱动下的复合连杆机构,其技术特征是,固定臂、折叠臂和转动臂通过转动臂上销轴和转动臂下销轴连接在一起,油缸两端通过油缸座销轴和油缸杆销轴分别与固定臂油缸座和摆臂相连接,摆臂另一端通过摆臂销轴与固定臂相连,连杆分别通过转动臂销轴和连杆后销轴与摆臂和折叠臂相连,不折叠时由锁紧销轴连杆将固定臂与折叠臂锁紧。其优点是,结构新颖,工艺简单,只用两个油缸的驱动来达到折叠的目的。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种路面铣刨机,特别是一种用于路面铣刨机输送废料输送机折叠的油缸驱动下的复合连杆机构。
背景技术
目前国内外用于路面铣刨机输送废料的输送机,是由四个油缸进行输送机的折叠,不仅结构复杂,而且,成本造价高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述技术中存在的不足,提供一种采用两个油缸利用复合连杆机构的复合运动来达到输送机的折叠。在输送机折叠时,使用两个油缸伸缩无法完成折叠180度。只有用复合连杆机构才能完成。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:包括摆臂、销轴、转动臂、锁紧销轴连杆、转动臂上销轴、连杆前销轴、折叠臂、油缸座销轴、油缸、固定臂、转动臂下销轴、油缸杆销轴、连杆后销轴,其特征是,固定臂、折叠臂和转动臂通过转动臂上销轴和转动臂下销轴连接在一起,油缸两端通过油缸座销轴和油缸杆销轴分别与固定臂油缸座和摆臂相连接,摆臂另一端通过摆臂销轴与固定臂相连,连杆分别通过转动臂销轴和连杆后销轴与摆臂和折叠臂相连。不折叠时由锁紧销轴连杆将固定臂与折叠臂锁紧。
本实用新型的优点是结构新颖,工艺简单,只用两个油缸的驱动来达到折叠的目的。

下面结合附图对本实施例做进一步说明:
由图1可知,固定臂10、折叠臂7和转动臂3通过转动臂上销轴5和转动臂下销轴6连接在一起,油缸9两端通过油缸座销轴8和油缸杆销轴12分别与固定臂10、油缸座销轴9和摆臂1相连接,摆臂1另一端通过摆臂销轴2与固定臂10相连,连杆14分别通过转动臂下销轴11和连杆后销轴13与摆臂1和折叠臂7相连。不折叠时由锁紧销轴连杆4将固定臂10与折叠臂7锁紧。
由图2可知,图中所示的状态是本实用新型的折叠前的状态。折叠时,是利用两个驱动油缸9的伸缩带动摆动臂1绕着摆臂销轴2摆动,摆动臂带动连杆14、折叠臂7绕着转动臂上销轴5进行转动,当折叠臂7的B点到达C点时A点脱离折叠。如图3所示。此时折叠臂7和转动臂一起围绕转动臂下销轴11转动,直到B点到达D点为止如图4所示,来达到折叠的目的。
由图2-4可知,在固定臂10与折叠臂7之间用一转动臂3通过销轴连接,当驱动油缸9缸杆移动时通过摆臂1、连杆14带动折叠臂7围绕转动臂上销轴5转动,转动初始时折叠臂是绕转动臂上销轴5转动,折叠臂由于轨道槽在固定臂小销轴的约束下不能转动。当转到一定角度后折叠臂轨道槽脱离小销轴的约束A点,同时B点到达C点(由图3所示)。转动臂与折叠臂一起围绕转动臂下销轴11转动,同时折叠臂小滚轮进入固定臂轨道槽使转动臂不能单独的围绕转动臂来转动,直到折叠臂小滚轮达到固定臂轨道槽终端时为止(见附图4),来达到折叠的目的。当折叠臂张开时折叠臂与转动臂一起绕转动臂下销轴11转动,此时由于折叠臂小滚轮在固定臂轨道槽的约束下折叠臂不能围绕转动臂单独转动。当折叠臂小滚轮达到C点时,折叠臂小滚轮脱离固定臂轨道槽约束,同时固定臂小销轴进入折叠臂轨道槽,此时折叠臂就围绕转动臂上销轴5进行转动,直到折叠臂轨道槽终端与固定臂小销轴接触为止。

1.一种油缸驱动下的复合连杆机构,包括摆臂、销轴、转动臂、锁紧销轴连杆、转动臂上销轴、连杆前销轴、折叠臂、油缸座销轴、油缸、固定臂、转动臂下销轴、油缸杆销轴、连杆后销轴,其特征是,固定臂、折叠臂和转动臂通过转动臂上销轴和转动臂下销轴连接在一起,油缸两端通过油缸座销轴和油缸杆销轴分别与固定臂油缸座和摆臂相连接,摆臂另一端通过摆臂销轴与固定臂相连,连杆分别通过转动臂销轴和连杆后销轴与摆臂和折叠臂相连,不折叠时由锁紧销轴连杆将固定臂与折叠臂锁紧。
