Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种整体电炉出钢槽。其主要特点是将整体预制件代替传统的出钢口砖和出钢口槽砖。整体浇注的预制件,外形由一个长方体过渡为一个高度较低的长方体,内部由一通孔过渡为一段U形槽。本装置能有效降低出钢口砖和槽砖接缝处的侵蚀过快问题,同时便于施工、喷补、以及更换作业,具有很强的实用价值。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种整体电炉出钢槽,其应用于出钢口出钢电炉。 
背景技术
现在的出钢口出钢电炉,都是一段出钢口砖,外面组合一段出钢槽。在结合处存在一定的缝隙度,整体性,抗侵蚀性存在一定的先天缺陷,同时给施工带来一定的技术困难、增加人力成本;随着节能降耗的逐步应用,热修补、热更换逐渐增多,分体式结构的热更换也存在诸多不便。 
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本整体出钢槽的思想是:整体浇注预制块,加入钢结构、防爆纤维、增韧钢纤维,实现整体预制出钢槽代替传统的分段式出钢结构。提高寿命,降低安全隐患;方便施工维护,降低工人劳动强度。 
本实用新型方案是这样实现的:其外观为:由(1)段为圆形通孔和(2)段为U形槽构成的整体预制块,且顶部在(1)、(2)段交汇处圆滑过渡。内部含有钢筋结构的增韧骨架。 
施工时,焊接好内部钢筋骨架、架好模板,在模板腔内打入浇注料。养护、脱模、烘烤后即可使用。 
本实用新型的优点在于: 
一次性成型,整体性好,侵蚀均匀,避免了短板效应、有利于延长耐火材料寿命; 
在更换时,可以从外侧整体热更换,高效经济。

具体实施方式
如图1所示:一种整体电炉出钢槽,外形由一个长方体过渡为一个高度较低的长方体,内部由一通孔过渡为一段U形槽。 
生产时,焊接好钢结构骨架后放入模具中(骨架上焊起吊点),浇注并振动成型,养护后脱模,干燥烧成,即可包装成品。 
针对出钢槽的侵蚀问题,可以采取在出钢槽通道周围用高档耐火材料浇注,外则用低档耐火材料浇注。具体操作依据冶炼条件以及钢厂生产要求来进行科学设计。 
由于预制件较大,为了克服应力梯度大、烘烤干燥困难等问题,钢结构龙骨应采取加强措施;浇注料添加钢纤维增韧、添加防爆纤维防止预制件炸裂。现场安装时,只需吊入出钢口的钢槽中,用填缝料填满空壁即可。由于整体结构材质统一,方便热修补。需要更换时,停炉即可从外部进行更换,大大提高了效率。
