本实用新型涉及一种机用平口钳。
背景技术
平口钳又名机用虎钳，是一种通用夹具，常用于安装小型工件。它是铣床、钻床的随机附件。将其固定在机床工作台上，用来夹持工件进行切削加工。目前传统的平口钳无法解决圆柱形、斜平面等异性工件的装夹问题，实现铣削、刨削、钻削等加工比较困难，装夹不牢固并且钳口是固定的，加工带有角度的工件比较困难。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足，提供一种可以实现圆柱形、斜平面等异性工件的装夹问题的机用平口钳。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：
一种机用平口钳，包括机座，所述机座一侧设有侧板，所述侧板与机座组成L型，所述机座上设有活动钳口和推力块，所述活动钳口通过螺栓固定在机座上，所述活动钳口上设有V型槽，所述活动钳口上方固定有角度钳口板，所述推力块设有燕尾槽，所述燕尾槽内嵌入燕尾滑块，所述燕尾滑块与丝杠螺杆相连接，所述丝杠螺杆穿过侧板与四方扳手相连。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型机用平口钳设有V型槽，对加工物件装夹更加牢固，另外活动钳口可以绕螺栓旋转，方便加工带有角度的工件，使用非常方便。

参见图1，本实用新型机用平口钳，包括机座1，所述机座1一侧设有侧板2，所述侧板2与机座1组成L型，所述机座1上设有活动钳口3和推力块6，所述活动钳口3通过螺栓固定在机座1上，所述活动钳口3上设有V型槽10，所述活动钳口3可以绕螺栓旋转，所述活动钳口3上方固定有角度钳口板4，所述推力块6设有燕尾槽7，所述燕尾槽7内嵌入燕尾滑块5，所述燕尾滑块5与丝杠螺杆8相连接，所述丝杠螺杆8穿过侧板2与四方扳手9相连，通过旋转四方扳手9可以起到拧紧或松开作用。
所要加工物件放置在活动钳口3与推力块6之间，通过旋转四方扳手9对工件起到拧紧或松开作用；活动钳口3的V型槽10对工件的装夹更加牢固，方便加工槽类零件；另外活动钳口3可以绕螺栓旋转，方便加工带有角度的工件。

1.一种机用平口钳，包括机座（1），所述机座（1）一侧设有侧板（2），所述侧板（2）与机座（1）组成L型，所述机座（1）上设有活动钳口（3）和推力块（6），其特征是：所述活动钳口（3）通过螺栓固定在机座（1）上，所述活动钳口（3）上设有V型槽（10），所述活动钳口（3）上方固定有角度钳口板（4），所述推力块（6）设有燕尾槽（7），所述燕尾槽（7）内嵌入燕尾滑块（5），所述燕尾滑块（5）与丝杠螺杆（8）相连接，所述丝杠螺杆（8）穿过侧板（2）与四方扳手（9）相连。
