背景技术
目前螺旋焊管行业中普遍采用人工使用大锤敲击管体,将焊渣震掉,再扫除钢管内焊渣的方式进行生产作业。存在安全隐患多,劳动强度大,工作效率低。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种螺旋焊管焊渣锤击器,以解决现有技术人工使用大锤敲击管体,将焊渣震掉,再扫除钢管内焊渣的方式进行生产作业。存在安全隐患多,劳动强度大,工作效率低等问题。
本实用新型主要由倒渣机、大锤组成,解决其问题所采用的技术方案是该锤击器设置在倒渣机上,支撑底座上依次设置电机、减速机及凸轮,凸轮为蝌蚪状,连杆末端通过复位弹簧连接支撑底座,支撑底座的上方一侧设置支撑立柱,支撑立柱上部设置连杆支点,连杆中部设置转轮,连接电机的凸轮顶端拨击转轮,连杆的前端设置大锤。
采用本实用新型的积极效果是替代了人工敲打,节省了劳动力,提高了安全系数;由于安装位置在倒渣机上,减少了震渣工序,提高了工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图所示:该锤击器设置在倒渣机11上,支撑底座10上依次设置电机2、减速机3带动的凸轮5,凸轮5为蝌蚪状,连杆6末端通过复位弹簧1连接支撑底座10,支撑底座10的上方一侧设置支撑立柱7,支撑立柱7上部设置连杆支点8,连杆6中部设置转轮4,连接电机2的凸轮5顶端拨击转轮4,连杆6的前端设置大锤9,倒渣机11结构与现有技术相同。
工作时,通过减速机减速后带动凸轮做顺时针旋转,凸轮顶端拨击转轮起动连杆,在弹簧的作用下,连杆通过杠杆的作用拨动大锤锤柄,从而使大锤击打管体,将焊渣震掉,随着倒渣机的旋转将焊渣倾倒到焊渣回收池中。

1.一种螺旋焊管焊渣锤击器,主要由倒渣机、大锤组成,其特征是锤击器设置在倒渣机上,支撑底座上依次设置电机、减速机及凸轮,连杆末端通过复位弹簧连接支撑底座,支撑底座的上方一侧设置支撑立柱,支撑立柱上部设置连杆支点,连杆中部设置转轮,连接电机的凸轮顶端拨击转轮,连杆的前端设置大锤。
2.根据权利要求1所述的螺旋焊管焊渣锤击器,其特征是凸轮为蝌蚪状。
