本实用新型涉及一种小型回转支承中频淬火感应器,包括汇流排和感应器,其创新点在于:所述感应器的前端设置由若干矽钢片堆叠构成的导磁体,所述导磁体前端为75-80°的锐角。导磁体前端为75-80°的锐角,使得导磁体尽量靠近回转支承的滚道侧壁以及底部油槽,实现小型回转支承的淬火。导磁体具体角度根据滚道尺寸深浅决定,其可通过改变构成导磁体的矽钢片数量来适应不同规格的滚道。另外,汇流排上设置有两组与感应器连接的螺栓孔,可根据实际要求将感应器正装或反装,使其能够对回转支承的内圈或外圈淬火。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种中频淬火感应器,特别涉及一种小型回转支承中频淬火感应器。
背景技术
轴承在生产过程中,需要对滚道进行淬火,并配合其他热处理工艺从而提高轴承滚道的强度、硬度、耐磨性、疲劳强度以及韧性等。传统的回转支承滚道中频淬火感应器均采用仿形式感应器,该种感应器只能适用于中、大型回转支承滚道淬火,小型回转支承由于工件尺寸和加热面积小,仿形感应器加热效果较差。因此目前的小型回转支承均采用火焰淬火,其加热工艺不但存在调整困难、质量稳定性差、工件变形大、工作环境差等问题,且用气费用高,存在重大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种淬火质量稳定、成本低且安全系数高的小型回转支承中频淬火感应器。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型的技术方案为:一种小型回转支承中频淬火感应器,包括汇流排和感应器,其创新点在于:所述感应器的前端设置由若干矽钢片堆叠构成的导磁体,所述导磁体前端为75-80°的锐角。
进一步的,所述汇流排上设置有两组与感应器连接的螺栓孔。
本实用新型的优点在于:导磁体前端为75-80°的锐角,使得导磁体尽量靠近回转支承的滚道侧壁以及底部油槽,实现小型回转支承的淬火。导磁体具体角度根据滚道尺寸深浅决定,其可通过改变构成导磁体的矽钢片数量来适应不同规格的滚道。另外,汇流排上设置有两组与感应器连接的螺栓孔,可根据实际要求将感应器正装或反装,使其能够对回转支承的内圈或外圈淬火。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,包括汇流排1、感应器2、导磁体3。
上述感应器2通过螺栓安装在汇流排1上,汇流排1上设置有两组螺栓孔,感应器2可根据淬火位置正装或反装。
感应器2的前端设置由若干矽钢片堆叠构成的导磁体3,导磁体3前端为75-80°的锐角。导磁体具体角度根据滚道尺寸深浅决定,其可通过改变构成导磁体的矽钢片数量来适应不同规格的滚道。

1.一种小型回转支承中频淬火感应器,包括汇流排和感应器,其特征在于:所述感应器的前端设置由若干矽钢片堆叠构成的导磁体,所述导磁体前端为75-80°的锐角。
2.根据权利要求1所述的小型回转支承中频淬火感应器,其特征在于:所述汇流排上设置有两组与感应器连接的螺栓孔。
