一种多功能菜刀，包括刀柄和刀身，在刀身的两侧各设有一片副刀身，副刀身通过固定螺丝固定在刀身的上端，刀身上端设有上下两排固定孔，把副刀身固定在下排固定孔后，刀身和副刀身的刀刃平齐，把副刀身固定在上排固定孔后，副刀身的刀刃高于刀身刀刃的高度。
采用上述技术方案后，本实用新型的有益效果是：
由于本多功能菜刀设有副刀身，单独使用刀身时可以切割一般的菜品，当副刀身与刀身固定在一起时，则可以快速高效的切土豆丝或茄盒，因此增加了菜刀的功能，适合一般消费者使用。

具体实施方式
如附图1所示：一种多功能菜刀，包括刀柄1和刀身2，在刀身2的两侧各设有一片副刀身3，副刀身3通过固定螺丝4固定在刀身2的上端，刀身2上端设有上下两排固定孔5，把副刀身3固定在下排固定孔5后，刀身2和副刀身3的刀刃平齐，把副刀身3固定在上排固定孔5后，副刀身3的刀刃高于刀身2刀刃的高度。
在使用本多功能菜刀的过程中，如果要切土豆丝则把两片副刀身3通过固定螺丝4固定在刀身2的下排固定孔5上，这样通过三片刀刃及刀刃之间的缝隙就可以切出粗细均匀的土豆丝了；如果要切茄盒，则把一片副刀身3通过固定螺丝4固定在刀身2的上排固定孔5上，这样在切割时，刀身2的刀刃会把茄子切透，而副刀身3的刀刃则不会把茄子切透，因此每切一刀就会形成一个茄盒胚。
