一种锂电池盖板绝缘密封塑胶结构,包括固定连接在盖板上的导电钉,在导电钉和盖板之间还设有绝缘密封塑胶垫绝缘分隔,压片则压在绝缘密封塑胶垫的下端面并和导电钉末端铆接,在盖板的下表面设有内凹坑,相邻的绝缘密封塑胶垫表面则相应一体设有外凸部置于内凹坑中定位配合。本实用新型的绝缘密封塑胶垫利用外凸部置于盖板的内凹坑中配合,和盖板表面的定位稳定可靠,绝缘密封塑胶垫连同压片不会在盖板下表面偏移,使盖板产品的质量可靠性明显提高。

锂电池盖板绝缘密封塑胶结构
 技术领域:本实用新型涉及一种锂电池壳体上的盖板,特别是盖板的绝缘密封塑胶结构。
背景技术:一般的锂电池盖板都是通过绝缘密封塑胶垫绝缘分隔导电钉,和导电钉铆接的压片则压在绝缘密封塑胶垫的下端面。由于盖板下表面和绝缘密封塑胶垫接触处一般是平面,这样在生产过程中,绝缘密封塑胶垫连同压片有可能会在盖板下表面偏移,在某些情况下,绝缘密封塑胶垫还可能翘起和盖板产生间隙,明显影响产品的质量可靠性。
发明内容:针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供一种和盖板的定位稳定可靠的锂电池盖板绝缘密封塑胶结构。
本实用新型包括固定连接在盖板上的导电钉,在导电钉和盖板之间还设有绝缘密封塑胶垫绝缘分隔,压片则压在绝缘密封塑胶垫的下端面并和导电钉末端铆接,在盖板的下表面设有内凹坑,相邻的绝缘密封塑胶垫表面则相应一体设有外凸部置于内凹坑中定位配合。
本实用新型的绝缘密封塑胶垫利用外凸部置于盖板的内凹坑中配合,和盖板表面的定位稳定可靠,绝缘密封塑胶垫连同压片不会在盖板下表面偏移,使盖板产品的质量可靠性明显提高。
实际上,可以使内凹坑的内腔底部大于开口,外凸部则为完全对应形状,配合形成倒扣结构,这样绝缘密封塑胶垫和盖板表面的贴合性更好,不可能翘起产生间隙。

实施例:如图所示,导电钉2固定连接在盖板1上,在导电钉2和盖板1之间还设有绝缘密封塑胶垫3绝缘分隔,压片4则压在绝缘密封塑胶垫3的下端面并和导电钉2末端铆接。在盖板1的下表面设有内凹坑5,相邻的绝缘密封塑胶垫3表面则相应一体设有外凸部6置于内凹坑5中定位配合。实际生产中,可以使内凹坑5的内腔底部大于开口,如倒圆台状,外凸部6则为完全对应形状,配合形成倒扣结构,这样绝缘密封塑胶垫3和盖板1表面的贴合性更好。
 本实施例的绝缘密封塑胶垫3下部的一侧壁高出压片4的下端面,形成挡位基准墙7,这样在组装电池时,焊接压片4和电芯引片过程中可以利用挡位基准墙7作为定位依靠基准,大大方便了焊接操作,提高了工作效率。

1.一种锂电池盖板绝缘密封塑胶结构,包括固定连接在盖板上的导电钉,在导电钉和盖板之间还设有绝缘密封塑胶垫绝缘分隔,压片则压在绝缘密封塑胶垫的下端面并和导电钉末端铆接,其特征为:在盖板(1)的下表面设有内凹坑(5),相邻的绝缘密封塑胶垫(3)表面则相应一体设有外凸部(6)置于内凹坑(5)中定位配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的锂电池盖板绝缘密封塑胶结构,其特征为:内凹坑(5)的内腔底部大于开口,外凸部(6)则为完全对应形状,配合形成倒扣结构。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的锂电池盖板绝缘密封塑胶结构,其特征为:绝缘密封塑胶垫(3)下部的一侧壁高出压片(4)的下端面,形成挡位基准墙(7)。
