本实用新型涉及一种密封式铅酸蓄电池,为解决现有技术中密封式铅酸蓄电池的正负极端子易于金属电接触的问题而设计。包括一个铅蓄电池本体和设置在铅蓄电池本体上方的电池顶盖,在所述的电池顶盖上设置有正负极端子,其特征在于,在所述的电池顶盖上还设置有一个与电池顶盖相适配的絶缘电池面盖片,在所述的电池面盖片对应于正负极端子的位置设有两个通孔,所述的正负极端子凹入在絶缘电池面盖片下方。采用上述结构后,正负极端子凹入密封式铅酸蓄电池表面,因此两端子不易与金属直接电接撞;而且还设置有与正负极端子相适配的弹簧形电连接片,使得本电池的正负极端子设计不需用户焊接,更可与市面上一般使用干电池产品互相配合使用。

本实用新型涉及一种正负两极端子收藏式铅酸蓄电池。
背景技术
目前市场上一般的铅酸蓄电池,电池面盖上的两正负极端子都是外露的,在企业生产、存储和使用过程中容易因金属与两正负极端子碰撞时令电池生产短路或爆炸的危险;同时当更换电池时,用户需要焊接电池的正负极,非常不方便。
实用新型内容
为克服上述缺陷,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种正负极端子不易与金属直接电接触的密封式铅酸蓄电池。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型的密封式铅酸蓄电池,包括一个铅蓄电池本体和设置在铅蓄电池本体上方的电池顶盖,在所述的电池顶盖上设置有正负极端子,在所述的电池顶盖上还设置有一个与电池顶盖相适配的絶缘电池面盖片,在所述的絶缘电池面盖片对应于正负极端子的位置设有两个通孔,所述的正负极端子凹入在絶缘电池面盖片下方。
进一步地,还包括一个弹簧形电池接片,所述的弹簧形电池接片穿过絶缘电池面盖片上的通孔与正负极端子电连接。
采用上述结构后,正负极端子凹入密封式铅酸蓄电池表面,因此正负极端子不易与金属直接电接触;而且还设置有与正负极端子相适配的弹簧形电连接片,使得本电池的正负极端子设计不需用户焊接,更可与市面上一般使用的干电池产品互相配合使用。

具体实施方式
如图1至图7表示,正负两极端子3藏于絶缘电池面盖片1与电池顶盖4之间,絶缘电池面盖片1上有两个方孔,连接电池时需经过絶缘电池面盖片1上的两个方孔,才可以连接到凹入的正负极端子3表面。此设计使得正负两极端子3不会外露在电池表面,使用户不会因外来的物件,如剪刀或螺丝刀这一类金属制品,接触到电池的正负两极端子3上,使电池短路产生危险。
如图5所示,本实用新型密封式铅酸蓄电池,从下到上的装配顺序为:铅酸蓄电池2、电池顶盖4、正负两极端子3、絶缘电池面盖片1。
如图6和7所示,弹簧型接片5的外型刚好可穿过絶缘电池面盖片1上的两个方孔,接触到凹入的正负两极端子3连接使用,此设计令用户使用铅酸蓄电池时,不需要焊接工序就可以立刻使用本电池,使用户能方便地更换电池。

Claims (2)

1、一种密封式铅酸蓄电池,包括一个铅蓄电池本体和设置在铅蓄电池本体上方电池顶盖,在所述的电池顶盖上设置有正负极端子,其特征在于,在所述的电池顶盖上还设置有一个与电池顶盖相适配的絶缘电池面盖片,在所述的电池面盖片对应于正负极端子的位置设有两个通孔,所述的正负极端子凹入在絶缘电池面盖片下方。
2、按照权利要求1所述的密封式铅酸蓄电池,其特征在于:还包括一个弹簧形电池接片,所述的弹簧形电池接片穿过絶缘电池面盖片上的通孔与正负极端子电连接。
