本实用新型涉及一种建筑机械类技术领域。目前，公知现有的人工凿毛速度慢，凿毛不彻底，不太理想。为了克服上述不足，本实用新型提供一种半自动凿毛机，就能达到加快施工进度和有效控制桥面施工质量的目的。本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由移动三角支架、空压机、高压风管、凿岩机、钻杆及钎头组成的半自动凿毛机，其特征是：在配有移动胶轮的三角支架中央，设置有固定凿毛机钻杆的压板弹簧，钻杆下端部设置有凿毛机钎头，钻杆与驱动其工作的高压进风管和空压机连通。使用前操作人员只要启动空压机，再扭动凿毛机的手柄气压开关，就可自由推动和移动凿毛机到要操作的平面位置实施操作。

背景技术
目前，公知现有的人工凿毛速度慢，凿毛不彻底，施工后短期桥面混凝土就开裂、原有梁体接触表面与桥面铺装层剥离破碎；导致后期营运管理难度、风险、成本增大。不太理想。
发明内容
为了克服上述不足，本实用新型提供一种半自动凿毛机，就能达到降低施工成本；加快施工进度；有效控制桥面施工质量；减少后期营运管理难度、降低风险和成本的目的。
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是：由移动三角支架、空压机、高压风管、凿岩机、钻杆及钎头组成的半自动凿毛机，其特征是：在配有移动胶轮的三角支架中央，设置有固定凿毛机钻杆的压板弹簧，钻杆下端部设置有凿毛机钎头，钻杆与驱动其工作的高压进风管和空压机连通。使用前操作人员只要启动空压机，再扭动凿毛机的手柄气压开关，就可自由推动和移动凿毛机到要操作的平面位置实施操作。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构简单、使用方便、加快施工进度且降低成本效果好。

图1中，在配有移动胶轮8的三角支架1中央，设置有固定凿毛机钻杆6的压板弹簧5，钻杆下端部设置有凿毛机钎头7，钻杆与驱动其工作的高压进风管4和空压机连通。使用前操作人员只要启动空压机，再扭动凿毛机的手柄气压开关，就可自由推动和移动凿毛机到要操作的平面位置实施操作。

1.一种半自动凿毛机，由移动三角支架、空压机、高压风管、凿岩机、钻杆及钎头组成，其特征是：在配有移动胶轮(8)的三角支架(1)中央，设置有固定凿毛机钻杆(6)的压板弹簧(5)，钻杆下端部设置有凿毛机钎头(7)，钻杆与驱动其工作的高压进风管(4)和空压机连通。
