本实用新型公开一种热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线,包括螺杆挤出机、侧喂料机、以及至少两套轮换出料机构,预混胶通过所述侧喂料机加入到所述螺杆挤出机中,所述螺杆挤出机与所述轮换出料机构连接,所述轮换出料机构包括阀体、抽真空装置和真空挤出机,所述阀体、所述抽真空装置和所述真空挤出机依次连接,所述螺杆挤出机与所述抽真空装置连接,所述阀体设置在所述螺杆挤出机与所述抽真空装置之间。与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线,可以生产出高性能的热硫化硅橡胶,既提高产品稳定性及质量,又较大降低生产能耗,而且可以避免低分子挥发物爆炸的出现,确保安全生产。

一种热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线
技术领域
本实用新型涉及热硫化硅橡胶的生产领域,确切地说是指一种热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线。
背景技术
热硫化硅橡胶主要应用于热成型硅胶制品,例如密封圈、按键键盘等,其广泛应用于电子、机械、汽车、日用品及医疗卫生等领域。目前,国内生产热硫化硅橡胶的方法都是用捏合机将液体料(生胶、添加剂及浸润剂)与粉料(白炭黑)混合成团后,升温捏合加入助剂,经过混合反应抽真空脱低,再用开炼机加入助剂及颜料进一步捏合,最后经过滤生产出热硫化硅橡胶产品。由于是间歇式生产,物料是多次间歇投入设备中,要经过较长时间才能混合成团,同时还需要很长时间才能完成混炼、反应、脱低过程,不仅生产效率低,生产成本较大;而且由于捏合产生大量静电,当低分子物达到一定的浓度时,会在捏合机内出现爆炸安全问题。
实用新型内容
针对上述缺陷,本实用新型解决的技术问题在于提供一种热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线,可以生产出高性能的热硫化硅橡胶,既提高产品稳定性及质量,又较大降低生产能耗,而且可以避免低分子挥发物爆炸的出现,确保安全生产。
为了解决以上的技术问题,本实用新型提供的热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线,包括螺杆挤出机、侧喂料机、以及至少两套轮换出料机构,预混胶通过所述侧喂料机加入到所述螺杆挤出机中,所述螺杆挤出机与所述轮换出料机构连接,所述轮换出料机构包括阀体、抽真空装置和真空挤出机,所述阀体、所述抽真空装置和所述真空挤出机依次连接,所述螺杆挤出机与所述抽真空装置连接,所述阀体设置在所述螺杆挤出机与所述抽真空装置之间。
优选地,所述轮换出料机构还包括过滤头,所述过滤头设置在所述真空挤出机的出口处。
优选地,所述螺杆挤出机设置有预混胶入口、助剂入口和抽真空口。
优选地,所述螺杆挤出机上抽真空口的数量为1-5个。
优选地,所述轮换出料机构的数量为2-5套。
优选地,还包括带式输送机,所述带式输送机将预混胶输送到所述侧喂料机。
优选地,所述侧喂料机内设置有搅拌桨。

具体实施方式
为了本领域的技术人员能够更好地理解本实用新型所提供的技术方案,下面结合具体实施例进行阐述。
本实施例提供的热硫化硅橡胶生产包括两部分生产线:前段的预混生产线和后段的热处理混炼生产线。
请参见图1,该图为本实用新型一实施例中热硫化硅橡胶生产中预混生产线的结构示意图,图中箭头方向为物料的运行方向。
预混生产线包括生胶加料机构、白炭黑加料机构、第一预混机9、第二预混机13和螺杆挤出机15;生胶加料机构和白炭黑加料机构分别将生胶原料和白炭黑原料加入到第一预混机中,物料在第一预混机9进行初步预混后,进入第二预混机13进行再次预混,最后进入到螺杆挤出机15中进行混合分散,物料经过螺杆挤出机15后得到预混胶;生胶加料结构包括生胶储罐1、生胶计量斗3和生胶输送机4,生胶输送机4设置在生胶计量斗3的出口处,生胶原料经过生胶储罐1、生胶计量斗3和生胶输送机4进入到第一预混机9中,生胶储罐1的出口设置有生胶出料阀2;白炭黑加料机构包括粉料仓5、第一粉体输送机6、白炭黑计量斗7和第二粉体输送机8,第一粉体输送机6设置在粉料仓5的出口处,第二粉体输送机8设置在白炭黑计量斗7的出口处,白炭黑原料经过粉料仓5、第一粉体输送机6、白炭黑计量斗7和第二粉体输送机8进入到第一预混机9中;防结构化剂通过防结构化剂罐16进入到第一预混机9中。
预混生产线还包括中间计量罐11,中间计量罐11设置在第一预混机9和第二预混机13之间,从第一预混机9出来的物料通过中间计量罐11进入到第二预混机13,中间计量斗11的出口设置有物料出料阀12。
生胶储罐1内设置有搅拌桨17,便于将生胶搅拌混合。粉料仓5内设置有搅拌桨17,便于将白炭黑搅拌混合及出料。
第一预混机9设置有搅拌桨17,第一预混机9的出口设置有第一螺杆出料机10。第二预混机13设置有搅拌桨17,第二预混机13的出口设置有第二螺杆出料机14。
物料经过预混生产线后得到预混胶。
请参见图2,该图为本实用新型一实施例中热硫化硅橡胶生产中热处理混炼生产线的结构示意图,图中实心箭头方向为物料的运行方向,空心箭头代表抽真空气体方向。
热处理混炼生产线包括螺杆挤出机20、侧喂料机19、以及两套轮换出料机构,预混胶通过侧喂料机19加入到螺杆挤出机20中,螺杆挤出机20与轮换出料机构连接,轮换出料机构包括阀体21、抽真空装置22和真空挤出机23,阀体21、抽真空装置22和真空挤出机23依次连接,螺杆挤出机20与抽真空装置22连接,阀体21设置在螺杆挤出机20与抽真空装置22之间。轮换出料机构还包括过滤头24,过滤头24设置在真空挤出机23的出口处。螺杆挤出机20设置有预混胶入口、助剂入口和抽真空口,螺杆挤出机20上抽真空口的数量为2个。带式输送机18将预混胶输送到侧喂料机19,侧喂料机19内设置有搅拌桨。
由于物料在热处理混炼生产线中螺杆挤出机20不能将低分子气体完全抽干净,需要在轮换出料机构中的抽真空装置22进一步抽真空处理。两套轮换出料机构可确保二者可以轮换而实现连续生产。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型提供的热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线,可以生产出高性能的热硫化硅橡胶,既提高产品稳定性及质量,又较大降低生产能耗,而且可以避免低分子挥发物爆炸的出现,确保安全生产。

1.一种热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线,其特征在于,包括螺杆挤出机、侧喂料机、以及至少两套轮换出料机构,预混胶通过所述侧喂料机加入到所述螺杆挤出机中,所述螺杆挤出机与所述轮换出料机构连接,所述轮换出料机构包括阀体、抽真空装置和真空挤出机,所述阀体、所述抽真空装置和所述真空挤出机依次连接,所述螺杆挤出机与所述抽真空装置连接,所述阀体设置在所述螺杆挤出机与所述抽真空装置之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线,其特征在于,所述轮换出料机构还包括过滤头,所述过滤头设置在所述真空挤出机的出口处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线,其特征在于,所述螺杆挤出机设置有预混胶入口、助剂入口和抽真空口。
4.根据权利要求3所述的热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线,其特征在于,所述螺杆挤出机上抽真空口的数量为1-5个。
5.根据权利要求2所述的热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线,其特征在于,所述轮换出料机构的数量为2-5套。
6.根据权利要求1所述的热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线,其特征在于,还包括带式输送机,所述带式输送机将预混胶输送到所述侧喂料机。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热硫化硅橡胶的热处理混炼生产线,其特征在于,所述侧喂料机内设置有搅拌桨。
