本实用新型涉及一种气体净化处理装置,具体是一种溢流装置。 
背景技术
常用溢流装置的结构是在容器外端增设溢流管结构,需要在该结构底部增加密封装置,优点是可实现在线调整,方便直观,缺点是密封件容易损坏,特别是在化工行业,工况条件差,密封件的使用寿命严重缩短,维修成本高;再者,与密封件相接触的面表面粗糙度必须高,需要经过机床加工,增加了制造成本,延长了加工周期,且对装配要求比较高。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种溢流装置,用于水膜除水器,其可以根据需要调整溢流高度,适用更多的工况和环境。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案具体是: 
一种溢流装置,其特征是,包括第一溢流管,第一溢流管上连接有法兰、盲板,盲板上开孔,第二溢流管设置在盲板开口处,并与第一溢流管连通,所述第一溢流管的直径大于第二溢流管的直径。 
优选的,第一溢流管的直径两倍于第二溢流管的直径。 
本实用新型通过法兰密封,螺栓压紧,经久耐用,适用性强;没有加工件,制造及操作简单,大大降低了制造成本。

具体实施方式
以溢流高度为100mm为例,如图1、2所示,在100mm调整范围处设置第一溢流管1,管径是DN100,其端部设置法兰2及盲板3一套,在盲板3上开孔,在开孔处焊接第二溢流管4,管径是DN50,第一溢流管1和第二溢流管4内壁下端平齐,此位置为液位下限,用螺栓将法兰2与盲板3拧紧即可。如果需要的液位高度超过液面下限50mm,需要将连接螺栓卸下,旋转盲板3,使第二溢流管4管口偏心式升高,对好螺栓孔用螺栓拧紧即可。同理,旋转盲板(3)180度,使第二溢流管4内壁与第一溢流管1内壁上端平齐,即可保证液面上限时上浮渣也能顺利排出容器外。

1.一种溢流装置,其特征是,包括第一溢流管,第一溢流管上连接有法兰、盲板,盲板上开孔,第二溢流管设置在盲板开口处,并与第一溢流管连通,所述第一溢流管的直径大于第二溢流管的直径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的溢流装置,其特征是,第一溢流管的直径两倍于第二溢流管的直径。
