Abstract

一种不锈钢截止阀门防内漏装置,其特征在于:是由不锈钢截止阀门和聚四氟乙烯板制成,由于本发明采用因截止阀封面磨损导致漏气、漏液的报废不锈钢截止阀门,采用内加聚四氟乙烯板的技术,使报废不锈钢截止阀门恢复合格,不锈钢截止阀门恢复合格后使用性能好,不漏气、不漏液,提高了阀门使用率,使用寿命增长,损坏率减少。

(一)技术领域
本发明属于一种阀门防内漏装置,具体涉及一种不锈钢截止阀门防内漏装置 
(二)背景技术
不锈钢截止阀门是在工业生产,人民生活中广泛使用的一种不可缺少的产品,但是在使用过程中,由于酸碱腐蚀、高温低温、高压及长时间使用磨损原因,造成漏气、漏液现象,如果更换新截止阀,必然造成浪费,生产、生活的成本增加,如果不更换将造成漏气漏液的浪费,如果进行修理,将对截止阀造成损坏,使用寿命下降。 
(三)发明内容
要解决的问题 
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,利用漏气、漏液的截止阀,提供一种使用寿命长,耐腐蚀、耐高低温、耐老化并且制造更换简单、成本低廉的不锈钢截止阀门防内漏装置及其生产方法。 
技术方案 
本发明通过如下方式实现: 
一种不锈钢截止阀门防内漏装置,其特征在于:是由漏气、漏液的截止阀和聚四乙烯板制成。上述一种不锈钢截止阀门防内漏装置及其生产方法,把漏气、漏液截止阀的阀头取出,在阀头密封压圈的中心焊一个长20mm的不锈钢螺栓,用聚四氟乙烯板做一个与阀门密封圈一样大小的密封板,板厚度5mm,中心钻一个与螺栓直径一样大的孔,再用不锈钢板做一个比阀门密封圈小20mm的垫板,中心钻一个与螺栓直径一样大的孔,将固定好 螺栓的阀头先装上用聚四氟乙烯板做成的密封板,然后再装上用不锈钢做成的垫板,用不锈钢螺母拧紧,将固定好的阀头安装在阀体上即可使用。所述的聚四氟乙烯为聚四氟乙烯板/F4/PTFE 
有益效果 
本发明有如下效果:本发明通过采用聚四氟乙烯板材料做阀门密封圈装置,使其密封效果达到要求,因聚四氟乙烯板属高密度材料,而且有一定的伸缩性。做为阀门密封圈装置在一定压力下密封性好,并且耐高低温、耐腐蚀、使用寿命长,更换容易、成本低、节约材料消耗。 
本发明制造简单,易操作,设计合理,更换容易,而且使用废旧漏气、漏液的阀门,减低了生产、生活成本。

(五)具体实施方式
本图中螺栓1固定在截止阀头5密封圈中心,聚四氟乙烯板2安装在螺栓1上,不锈钢垫板3安装在螺栓1上压住聚四氟乙烯板2,用螺母4拧紧,安装好的截止阀头5固定在截止阀体上。

1.一种不锈钢截止阀门装置,其特征在于:是由因截止阀门密封面磨损导致漏气、漏液的报废不锈钢截止阀门及聚四氨乙烯板制成。
2.如权利要求所述的不锈钢截止阀门防内漏装置的生产方法,其特征在于:采用增加聚四氟乙烯板防漏技术,将漏气、漏液的不锈钢截止阀门的阀头取出,在阀头密封压圈的中心焊一根长20mm的不锈钢螺栓,用聚四氟乙烯板做一个与阀门密封圈一样大小的板,厚度5mm,中心钻一个与螺栓直径一样的孔,用不锈钢板做一个比阀门密封圈小20mm的板,厚度3mm,中心钻一个与螺栓直径一样的孔,将固定好螺栓的阀头先装上用聚四氟乙烯板做成的密封板,再装上用不锈钢做成的垫板,然后用不锈钢螺母拧紧,将固定组装完的阀头安装在阀体上即完成。
3.如权利要求所述的不锈钢截止阀门防内漏装置,特征在于:所述的聚四氟乙烯板是聚四氟乙烯板/F4/RTFE。
