Abstract

本实用新型提供一种假指甲，该假指甲包括有假指甲本体，在假指甲本体背面设有胶片层，在胶片层的上面设有保护层。胶片层设在假指甲本体背面的中间位置上。本实用新型的效果是根据假指甲本身曲面弧度设计，1∶1复原假指曲面，实现完美贴合。由于在夹具上加工定位孔，使用时配合定位销，精确定位，避免了因为转盘晃动而产生粘贴胶片层的偏移，提高了假指甲产品质量和生产效率。

本实用新型涉及一种假指甲。
背景技术
传统的假指甲粘贴方式为在假指甲的背面涂抹快干胶胶水，再与手指甲粘贴。传统的粘贴方式有着很强的附着力，由于胶水本身由于其化学成分的组成，对人体本身的指甲有着很大的伤害，同时，在卸除假指甲的时候，需要使用一些化学试剂解胶，会对人体带来二次的伤害。
发明内容
针对以上假指甲存在的缺陷，本实用新型的目的是提供一种假指甲，指甲本身在保证了粘贴附着力的同时，又不会对人体产生任何伤害，同时可以方便的直接卸除。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是提供一种假指甲，其中：所述假指甲包括有假指甲本体，在所述假指甲本体背面设有胶片层，在所述胶片层的上面设有保护层。
所述胶片层设在假指甲本体背面的中间位置上。
本实用新型的效果是：
1.根据假指甲本身曲面弧度设计，1∶1复原假指曲面，实现完美贴合。
2、由于在夹具上加工定位孔，使用时配合定位销，精确定位，避免了因为转盘晃动而产生粘贴胶片层的偏移，提高了假指甲产品质量和生产效率。

如图1所示，本实用新型的假指甲，所述假指甲包括有假指甲本体1，在所述假指甲本体1上面设有胶片层2，在所述胶片层2的背面设有保护层3。即胶片层2设在假指甲本体1背面的中间置上，胶片层2使用高分子合成片材制作而成。
如图1所示，本实用新型的假指甲是这样实现的：
将假指甲本体1放置于夹具上加工定位孔，配合定位销精确定位，在假指甲本体1背面的中间置上置入胶片层2，把上述胶片层2作为封面真空吸入，移动，产生使真空吸入口形成的压力，以此特点制作的附加不干胶人造指甲的制作设备，在使用时避免了因为设备的转盘晃动而产生粘贴胶片层的偏移，胶片层2的上面有保护层3。
使用时，使用者把假指甲的保护层3封面揭下之后，将贴有胶片层2的假指甲本体1贴在自己的指甲上面。
所述胶片层2是具有一定厚度的弹性材质，具有缓冲剂的作用，因此贴上之后感觉舒适，力度刚好。

1.一种假指甲，其特征是：所述假指甲包括有假指甲本体(1)，在所述假指甲本体(1)背面设有胶片层(2)，在所述胶片层(2)的上面设有保护层(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的假指甲，其特征是：所述胶片层(2)设在假指甲本体(1)背面的中间位置上。
