一种覆胶钢带换膜装置
技术领域
本发明涉及柔性电路板加工技术领域,特别涉及一种覆胶钢带换膜装置。
背景技术
补强片成品的结构大体分为:补强片钢片层、热固胶层和低粘膜层,热固胶层位于中间,而且其自带有离型纸,离型纸那一面与低粘膜层贴合。在后续使用时,剥掉低粘膜层便能直接带走离型纸,只剩下补强片钢片和热固胶。但是现有的热固胶来源多样,其使用的胶的粘度各不相同,有的粘度较大,造成热固胶层与离型纸之间不易分离,后续撕取低粘膜层时,不能带走离型纸,而必须人工逐一去除离型纸,这造成生产效率降低。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:部分热固胶对离型纸的粘度较大,撕取低粘膜层时不能带走离型纸的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种覆胶钢带换膜装置,包括:钢带输送辊、胶输送辊、热压辊、离型纸收料辊、离型膜放料辊、贴合辊和覆胶钢带收料辊;
所述钢带输送辊用于持续输送钢带;所述胶输送辊位于所述钢带输送辊后侧,用于持续输送胶,所述胶与所述钢带贴合;所述热压辊位于所述胶输送辊后侧,用于热压贴合所述钢带和所述胶;所述离型纸收料辊位于所述热压辊后侧,用于持续剥离所述胶的离型纸;所述离型膜放料辊位于所述离型纸收料辊的后侧,用于将离型膜持续与所述胶贴合,所述离型膜相对胶的粘度小于离型膜相对一般低粘膜的粘度;所述贴合辊位于所述离型膜放料辊后侧,用于贴合所述胶和离型膜;所述覆胶钢带收料辊位于所述贴合辊后侧,用于持续收卷最终料带。
优选的,所述胶为热固胶或者压敏胶。
该覆胶钢带换膜装置可较为方便地将来源不一的热固胶或者压敏胶替换上粘度合适的离型膜,使后续使用中避免出现撕取低粘膜层时,不能带走离型纸的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
如图1所示的覆胶钢带换膜装置,包括:钢带输送辊1、胶输送辊2、热压辊3、离型纸收料辊4、离型膜放料辊5、贴合辊6和覆胶钢带收料辊7。
钢带输送辊1用于持续输送钢带101;胶输送辊2位于钢带输送辊1后侧,用于持续输送胶201,胶201与钢带101贴合,胶可以为热固胶,也可以为压敏胶。热压辊3位于胶输送辊2后侧,用于热压贴合钢带101和胶201;离型纸收料辊4位于热压辊3后侧,用于持续剥离胶201的离型纸202;离型膜放料辊5位于离型纸收料辊4的后侧,用于将离型膜501持续与胶201贴合,离型膜501相对胶201的粘度小于离型膜501相对一般低粘膜的粘度;贴合辊6位于离型膜放料辊5后侧,用于贴合胶201和离型膜501;覆胶钢带收料辊7位于贴合辊6后侧,用于持续收卷最终料带701。
该覆胶钢带换膜装置可较为方便地将来源不一的热固胶或者压敏胶替换上粘度合适的离型膜,使后续使用中避免出现撕取低粘膜层时,不能带走离型纸的问题。

1.一种覆胶钢带换膜装置,其特征在于,包括:钢带输送辊、胶输送辊、热压辊、离型纸收料辊、离型膜放料辊、贴合辊和覆胶钢带收料辊;
所述钢带输送辊用于持续输送钢带;所述胶输送辊位于所述钢带输送辊后侧,用于持续输送胶,所述胶与所述钢带贴合;所述热压辊位于所述胶输送辊后侧,用于热压贴合所述钢带和所述胶;所述离型纸收料辊位于所述热压辊后侧,用于持续剥离所述胶的离型纸;所述离型膜放料辊位于所述离型纸收料辊的后侧,用于将离型膜持续与所述胶贴合,所述离型膜相对胶的粘度小于离型膜相对一般低粘膜的粘度;所述贴合辊位于所述离型膜放料辊后侧,用于贴合所述胶和离型膜;所述覆胶钢带收料辊位于所述贴合辊后侧,用于持续收卷最终料带。
2.如权利要求1所述的覆胶钢带换膜装置,其特征在于,所述胶为热固胶或者压敏胶。
