本发明涉及徒步系统技术领域,具体涉及一种多功位精密剥离与贴合系统,包括基材、粘胶材料、基材放卷机、粘胶材料放卷机、离型膜收卷机、收卷机、涂布器与压合装置,粘胶材料上设有离型膜,所述粘胶材料收卷在粘胶材料放卷机内,所述基材的收卷在基材放卷机内,所述基材与粘胶材料的一端固定在收卷机内,所述离型膜的一端固定在离型膜收卷机内,所述涂布器内装有涂布液,所述涂布器上设有涂布辊,所述涂布辊的一半浸没在涂布液内且连接第一驱动电机,所述基材紧贴着涂布辊,所述压合装置包括定压合辊与动压合辊,所述定压合辊与动压合辊分别连接有第二驱动电机与第三驱动电机,所述基材与粘胶材料位于定压合辊与动压合辊之间。

一种多功位精密剥离与贴合系统
技术领域
本发明涉及涂布系统技术领域,具体涉及一种多功位精密剥离与贴合系统。
背景技术
剥离与涂布的环节是制作光电薄膜领域中必不可少的一道程序,由于我国在这方面的研究与投资比较少,因此这一领域都是被外企长期垄断,这不但增加了制作成本,而且也不利于我国这一行业的长期发展,因此设计出一套能够同步进行的剥离与贴合系统是十分必要的,为光电薄膜领域都是外企垄断撕开了一个缺口,填补国内再这一领域的国内空白。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本发明提供了一种多功位精密剥离与贴合系统,采用了高精密网辊逆涂体系、压合系统、剥离系统与多轴同步联动的伺服系统,实现了精密的剥离与贴合工序,有效的解决了背景技术中提到的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:一种多功位精密剥离与贴合系统,包括基材、粘胶材料、基材放卷机、粘胶材料放卷机、离型膜收卷机、收卷机、涂布器与压合装置,所述粘胶材料上设有离型膜,所述粘胶材料收卷在粘胶材料放卷机内,所述基材的收卷在基材放卷机内,所述基材与粘胶材料的一端固定在收卷机内,所述离型膜的一端固定在离型膜收卷机内,所述涂布器内装有涂布液,所述涂布器上设有涂布辊,所述涂布辊的一半浸没在涂布液内且连接第一驱动电机,所述基材紧贴着涂布辊,所述压合装置包括定压合辊与动压合辊,所述定压合辊与动压合辊分别连接有第二驱动电机与第三驱动电机,所述基材与粘胶材料位于定压合辊与动压合辊之间。
进一步地,所述动压合辊的两侧设有滑槽,所述动压合辊固定在两滑槽之间,所述动压合辊上设有手柄。
进一步地,所述基材与粘胶材料下设有温控箱。
进一步地,所述涂布辊采用逆向切面涂布方式进行涂布。
进一步地,所述基材与粘贴材料下设有若干个支撑辊。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明采用了高精密网辊逆涂体系、压合系统、剥离系统与多轴同步联动的伺服系统,实现了精密的剥离与贴合工序,本发明在整体设计上结构合理,易于操作,便与推广。

如图1和图2所示,一种多功位精密剥离与贴合系统,包括基材1、粘胶材料2、基材放卷机3、粘胶材料放卷机4、离型膜收卷机5、收卷机6、涂布器7与压合装置8,所述粘胶材料2上设有离型膜9,所述粘胶材料2收卷在粘胶材料放卷机4内,所述基材1的收卷在基材放卷机3内,所述基材1与粘胶材料2的一端固定在收卷机6内,所述离型膜9的一端固定在离型膜收卷机5内,所述涂布器7内装有涂布液10,所述涂布器7上设有涂布辊11,所述涂布辊11的一半浸没在涂布液10内且连接第一驱动电机12,所述基材1紧贴着涂布辊11,所述压合装置8包括定压合辊13与动压合辊14,所述定压合辊13与动压合辊14分别连接有第二驱动电机15与第三驱动电机16,所述基材1与粘胶材料2位于定压合辊13与动压合辊14之间。
在上述实施例上优选,所述动压合辊14的两侧设有滑槽17,所述动压合辊14固定在两滑槽17之间,所述动压合辊17上设有手柄18,实现动压合辊14与定压合辊13之间的间隙调节。
在上述实施例上优选,所述基材1与粘胶材料2下设有温控箱19,实现基材1与粘胶材料2的紧密粘合。
在上述实施例上优选,所述涂布辊11采用逆向切面涂布方式进行涂布。
在上述实施例上优选,所述基材1与粘贴材料2下设有若干个支撑辊20,起到支撑作用,提供足够的张力。
具体的本发明将粘胶材料2、基材1与离型膜9分别放置在对用的收卷机或放卷机内,在配合涂布器7的涂布功能,利用最终的压合装置8,将基材1与粘胶材料2贴合在一起。
基于上述,本发明具有的优点在于:本发明采用了高精密网辊逆涂体系、压合系统、剥离系统与多轴同步联动的伺服系统,实现了精密的剥离与贴合工序,本发明在整体设计上结构合理,易于操作,便与推广。

1.一种多功位精密剥离与贴合系统,包括基材、粘胶材料、基材放卷机、粘胶材料放卷机、离型膜收卷机、收卷机、涂布器与压合装置,其特征在于:所述粘胶材料上设有离型膜,所述粘胶材料收卷在粘胶材料放卷机内,所述基材的收卷在基材放卷机内,所述基材与粘胶材料的一端固定在收卷机内,所述离型膜的一端固定在离型膜收卷机内,所述涂布器内装有涂布液,所述涂布器上设有涂布辊,所述涂布辊的一半浸没在涂布液内且连接第一驱动电机,所述基材紧贴着涂布辊,所述压合装置包括定压合辊与动压合辊,所述定压合辊与动压合辊分别连接有第二驱动电机与第三驱动电机,所述基材与粘胶材料位于定压合辊与动压合辊之间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功位精密剥离与贴合系统,其特征在于:所述动压合辊的两侧设有滑槽,所述动压合辊固定在两滑槽之间,所述动压合辊上设有手柄。
