本实用新型涉及一种用于抛料机的飞轮。
背景技术
抛料机是有色金属火法冶金领域常用的设备。抛料机安装在焙烧炉的进料口旁，以便将物料高速抛入焙烧炉或其他设备。飞轮是抛料机的零件之一，是安装在机器回转轴上的具有较大转动惯量的轮状蓄能器。当机器转速增高时，飞轮的动能增加，把能量贮蓄起来；当机器转速降低时，飞轮动能减少，把能量释放出来。飞轮可以用来减少机械运转过程的速度波动。现有的飞轮，其轮沿是90度直角，呈圆柱形，难以制造。运转时平衡难以校正，出料不稳定，飞轮磨损较快。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是解决抛料机飞轮呈圆柱形，难以制造，运转时动平衡难以校正，出料不稳定，飞轮磨损较快的问题。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种用于抛料机的飞轮，其特征在于所述的飞轮的外圆面呈底小口大的锥形。
进一步的改进，飞轮外圆面的锥角角度为2.73度。
本实用新型采用的有益效果是：经过改进后，抛料机飞轮的外圆面呈锥形，铸造时易脱模，便于其制造；同时，运转时动平衡校正方便，刚性强，飞轮运转稳定，出料均匀稳定并且出料量大，飞轮不易磨损。
