Abstract

本实用新型提供一种高效DR非晶硅探测板,探测板采用双面数据采集,即薄膜晶体管(TFT)+闪烁体涂层(如:碘化铯等)+薄膜晶体管(TFT),闪烁体涂层两边均有TFT数据采集层,从而增加一倍的数据源,提高了传统DR的X线转换率,降低X线辐射剂量,减少辐射危害。

一种高效DR非晶硅探测板
技术领域
本实用新型涉及医疗器械及金属探伤领域,具体涉及直接X线数字化成像(DR)领域。 
背景技术
DR由探测器、影像处理器、图像显示器等组成。透射过人体后的X线信号被探测获取,直接形成数字影像,数字影像数据传到计算机,在显示器上显示,也可以进行后期处理。现在主要的DR探测器为非晶硅探测器和非晶硒探测器,其它还有空气探测器、CCD探测器。非晶硅探测器和非晶硒探测器都被称为平板探测器。传统DR非晶硅探测器探测板采用单面数据采集,即闪烁体涂层(如:碘化铯等)+薄膜晶体管(TFT)。成像所需X线剂量相对较高,且数据信号较弱,抗干扰能力差。 
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种高效DR非晶硅探测板,理论上效率提高一倍。 
要解决的技术问题:增加源数据的采集,提高数据信号采集效率。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题的技术方案是:探测板闪烁体涂层上下均有TFT层供数据采集,即薄膜晶体管(TFT)+闪烁体涂层(如:碘化铯等)+薄膜晶体管(TFT),因闪烁体涂层上下均有TFT数据采集层,从而增加一倍的数据源。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:提高传统DR的X线转换率,降低X线辐射剂量,减少辐射危害。

具体实施方式
探测器探测板采用上下两块基板,上基板相对薄一些,有利于X线穿透,上基板涂层朝下,下基板涂层朝上,上下TFT层呈单元对应,中间为闪烁体涂层(如:碘化铯等),闪烁体涂层与上下两边TFT层紧密相连,形式上类似传统屏-片摄影中的胶片与上下增感屏之间的关系,中间闪烁体涂层接收X线转化为可见光,再由上下光电管及薄膜三极管转变为电信号,上下单元信号叠加,理论上可提高一倍检测效率。

1.一种高效DR非晶硅探测板,其特征是探测板闪烁体涂层上下均有TFT层供数据采集。
2.根据权利要求1所述的探测板,其特征是:探测板采用上下两块基板,上基板涂层朝下,下基板涂层朝上,上下TFT层呈单元对应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的探测板,其特征是:闪烁体涂层与上下两边TFT层紧密相连。
