背景技术
随着钻井的发展，钻井的深度、水平段的长度等均大幅度增加，钻井对钻杆的要求越来越高，要求提供高质量的钻具，提高钻井效率。为了减少起下钻时间，提高钻井效率，在倒换钻具时普遍采用“一卡一吊”的起下钻方式，由于采用卡瓦，在距离母端600-900mm产生卡瓦咬伤，长时间使用容易造成钻杆刺穿事故。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种防卡瓦咬伤钻杆，它具有防卡瓦咬伤、减少咬痕和提高钻杆使用寿命等特点。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：它包括钻杆公接头、钻杆管体和钻杆母接头，另外在钻杆管体和钻杆母接头之间焊接有厚壁管，厚壁管外径与钻杆管体的加厚端外径一致。
本实用新型进一步改进在于：厚壁管内径与钻杆管体的加厚端内径一致，厚壁管的长度为700mm-1400mm。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于：在卡瓦与钻杆的咬合部位焊接了耐咬合的厚壁管，厚壁管内径和外径与钻杆管体的加厚端一致，使摩擦焊接更加牢固，可防卡瓦咬伤、减少咬痕，提高了钻杆的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
由图1所示的实施例可知，它包括钻杆公接头1、钻杆管体2和钻杆母接头3，另外在钻杆管体2和钻杆母接头3之间通过摩擦焊接有厚壁管4，厚壁管4内径和外径与钻杆管体2的加厚端一致，材质可选为4137H，材料强度可选为120Ksi，根据卡瓦与钻杆咬合位置，其长度可选为700mm-1400mm。
工作原理：
在卡瓦与钻杆的咬合部位焊接了耐咬合的厚壁管，可防卡瓦咬伤、减少咬痕，提高了钻杆的使用寿命。

1.一种防卡瓦咬伤钻杆，包括钻杆公接头（1）、钻杆管体（2）和钻杆母接头（3），其特征在于：在钻杆管体（2）和钻杆母接头（3）之间焊接有厚壁管（4），所述厚壁管（4）外径与钻杆管体（2）的加厚端外径一致。
2.根据权利要求１所述的一种防卡瓦咬伤钻杆，其特征在于所述厚壁管（4）内径与钻杆管体（2）的加厚端内径一致，所述厚壁管（4）的长度为700mm-1400mm。
