本实用新型涉及一种螺丝固定件，特别是涉及一种塔吊螺丝固定件，用来固定连接塔节的高强度螺栓。
背景技术
现有技术中，在CN200510125358.8和CN200510125454.2中公开的螺丝固定件适用于自动扶梯、移动步道、电梯、缆车等装置上，但其螺丝固定件结构复杂，拆装使用步骤较多。
现有技术中，另一种防止螺丝松动的办法是使用防松螺丝，在使用过程中，防松螺丝的工程塑料或防松胶水会逐渐磨损，降低防松效果，不适于经常反复拆装使用。
目前国内使用的建筑塔吊，其塔身由多个塔节通过高强度螺栓连接组装而成，为了防止螺栓松动，目前通常的做法是用双螺母进行紧固，这种做法有一定的防松效果，但由于塔吊在工作中会经常受到振动、冲击和变载荷作用，高强度螺栓在长时间剪力和拉力作用下，双螺母也会逐渐松脱，降低抗剪性能，埋下安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、使用方便的螺丝固定件，尤其适用于固定连接塔节的高强度螺栓。
本实用新型提供的螺丝固定件，是一个金属块，金属块有一个多角形通孔，用于卡扣在适配的螺栓帽或螺母上，该金属块外侧壁与螺栓或螺母处的设备部件可形成面接触，从而有效阻挡金属块转动，防止螺栓或螺母转动。
金属块上的多角形通孔可为四角形通孔、六角形通孔等形状。
本实用新型提供的螺丝固定件，其金属块上设有卡孔，金属块有上下两块，使用时，上下两块金属块对应的卡孔由弹性连接件连接。这样，弹性连接件钩拉住上下两块金属块，能进一步防止螺栓或螺母转动，尤其适用于防止上下分布的螺栓螺母的松脱。
金属块上的卡孔可以是多个，卡孔可以为圆形、椭圆形、三角形、正方形、长方形等多种形状。
此外，可把本实用新型的外表面制作为毛面，以增强金属块与其接触面的摩擦力，防止螺丝松动，并有利于拿取使用。
本实用新型提供的螺丝固定件，其优点在于：操作简单、使用方便、固定效果好。

如图1所示，螺丝固定件，用于固定连接塔节的高强度螺栓，螺丝固定件是一个长方体钢块(1)，钢块(1)上有一个六角形通孔(2)，设有卡孔(3)四个，使用时，上下两块钢块分别套装在高强度螺栓的外六角螺帽和外六角螺母上，钢块的外侧壁与塔节形成面接触，能防止螺丝转动，两块钢块(1)上下对应的卡孔(3)由弹簧连接，弹簧钩拉住上下两块钢块，进一步地防止螺母松动。钢块的外表面为毛面，增大了与塔节连接套之间的摩擦力。
实践中，使用本实用新型固定塔节的高强度螺栓，能有效地防止螺丝松动，而且使用简单，拆装方便。
