本实用新型公开了一种半自动多肽合成仪,其特征是它包括第一液体容器(1)和第二液体容器(2),两个出液管(3)的一端分别位于第一液体容器(1)和第二液体容器(2)内且靠近容器底部,两个出液管(3)的另一端均连接分液管(4),分液管(4)的多个出液口分别对应位于多个反应容器(5)上,所述第一液体容器(1)和第二液体容器(2)的上部设有与气泵(6)相连的进气管(7)。本实用新型结构简单,使用方便,能同时进行多个反应,并通过电磁阀控制所有液体选择性加样,实现自动化加液,多孔液体加样部件能同时等量地向多个反应器加样,确保得到所需要的反应结果。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种多肽合成设备,具体地说是一种半自动的多肽合成仪。
背景技术
目前现有多肽合成设备,通常是采用的是单个反应器,在使用时只能进行一个反应,不利于技术人员综合判断反应效果到底如何。之后也有人设计了多个反应器的多肽合成仪,但其结构总体上比较复杂,操作不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单,使用方便,可同时使多个反应器反应的半自动多肽合成仪。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下:
一种半自动多肽合成仪,其特征是它包括第一液体容器和第二液体容器,两个出液管的一端分别位于第一液体容器和第二液体容器内且靠近容器底部,两个出液管的另一端均连接分液管,分液管的多个出液口分别对应位于多个反应容器上,所述第一液体容器和第二液体容器的上部设有与气泵相连的进气管。
所述第一液体容器和第二液体容器上均设有压力调节阀。
所述反应容器内设有搅拌装置。
所述反应容器的底部设有搅拌进气管。
所述反应容器底部的搅拌进气管有一段向上凸起,其凸起高度高于反应容器内液体的液面高度。
所述出液管上设有电磁阀。
本实用新型的有益效果有:
结构简单,使用方便,能同时进行多个反应,并通过电磁阀控制所有液体选择性加样, 实现自动化加液,多孔液体加样部件能同时等量地向多个反应器加样,确保得到所需要的反应结果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步地说明:
如附图1所示,本实用新型包括第一液体容器1和第二液体容器2,其中分别盛装两种反应液体。在出液管3的一端位于第一液体容器1和第二液体容器2内设有出液管3,出液管3的一端位于第一液体容器1和第二液体容器2内且靠近容器底部,其另一端连接分液管4。分液管4的多个出液口分别对应位于多个反应容器5上,这样就可以同时对多个反应容器5进行加样。出液管3上设置有电磁阀10,通过电磁阀10可实现根据反应容器5内的反应情况进行自动控制加样。在第一液体容器1和第二液体容器2的上部设有与气泵6相连的进气管7,利用经进气管7中进入到液体容器内的气体将反应液体从出液管3中压出。在第一液体容器1和第二液体容器2上可以设置压力调节阀8,调节液体容器内的气压,防止出现因液体容器内气压过大或过小而出出加样太快或太慢的情况。
本实用新型在反应容器5内可以设置搅拌装置,例如采用磁力搅拌技术,利用反应容器5内的磁珠在电磁铁的作用下来回运动实现搅拌功能,当然也可以采用其它的普通搅拌技术。
本实用新型反应容器5内反应液反应时的搅拌还可以采用在底部设置搅拌进气管9,将不影响反应液反应的气体如氮气连续或间隙地充入到反应容器5中,利用气体在反应液中的气泡上行实现搅拌功能。为防止反应容器5内的反应液体因重力自然流出,可将其底部的搅拌进气管9一段向上凸起,其凸起高度高于反应容器5内液体的液面高度。
本实用新型涉及的其它未说明部分与现有技术相同。

1.一种半自动多肽合成仪,其特征是它包括第一液体容器(1)和第二液体容器(2),两个出液管(3)的一端分别位于第一液体容器(1)和第二液体容器(2)内且靠近容器底部,两个出液管(3)的另一端均连接分液管(4),分液管(4)的多个出液口分别对应位于多个反应容器(5)上,所述第一液体容器(1)和第二液体容器(2)的上部设有与气泵(6)相连的进气管(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的半自动多肽合成仪,其特征是所述第一液体容器(1)和第二液体容器(2)上均设有压力调节阀(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的半自动多肽合成仪,其特征是所述反应容器(5)内设有搅拌装置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的半自动多肽合成仪,其特征是所述反应容器(5)的底部设有搅拌进气管(9)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的半自动多肽合成仪,其特征是所述反应容器(5)底部的搅拌进气管(9)有一段向上凸起,其凸起高度高于反应容器(5)内液体的液面高度。
