背景技术
以金属材料为发热体的电加热技术己在各个领域得到了广泛的应用。但是金属丝在高温状态下表面易氧化,由于氧化层不断的增厚,造成了有效通过电流的面积减小,增大了电流的负荷,因此易烧断。在相同的允许的电流负荷面积下,金属丝的强度比碳纤维低10 倍,在使用过程中易折断。碳纤维以其固有的特性赋予了其复合材料优异的性能,它具有高比强度、高比模量、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、抗蠕变、导电、传热和热膨胀系数小等一系列优异性能,从而为其在电线电缆行业中的应用提供了可能和必然。

为解决上述问题,本实用新型采用如下技术方案:一种新型碳纤维导线,包括碳纤维芯线,其碳纤维芯线包括若干组线缆组,每组线缆组包括三根发热线缆,发热线缆由1200-1600根碳纤维丝绞合而成;所述发热线缆外包裹有防水导热膜,线缆组外设置有乙丙橡胶层;所述线缆组外设置有导热填充物,导热填充物内设置有抗拉芯线;所述导热填充物外设置有铜铝合金丝织成的屏蔽网层,屏蔽网层外设置有热缩防水层,热缩防水层外设置有外层保护套。
优化的,上述新型碳纤维导线,其外层保护套为橡胶制抗拉套,内层设置有抗拉网层;所述抗拉芯线为牛筋线。
