本实用新型涉及一种模切版框快速锁紧装置,特别适用于平压平模切机的模切刀版在模切版框上定位的快速锁紧装置。 
背景技术
日前,随着印刷包装行业的发展,印刷品种类的千变万化,印刷品最终交货时间越来越短,印刷厂商常常需要在一台模切机上用很短的时间来完成多种印刷品的制作加工,然而不同种类的印刷品都需要通过更换与其相对应的模切刀版来完成加工工艺,所以模切刀版的锁紧是保证模切机的正常工作必要环节。现在普通模切刀版锁紧方式是将模切刀版平铺在模切版框上,它的一面紧靠在模切版框一侧,另外三面分别安装和固定十几个甚至几十个带有调节螺丝的固定卡具,当需要锁紧模切刀版时,必须将分布在其周围的十几个甚至几十个固定卡具的调节螺丝逐个锁紧,并且要随时检查每个固定卡具的锁紧力是否均匀,同时,在锁紧调节螺丝时,还需要更换不同的操作工具,这种重复、持续性的锁紧工作往往需要几十次。当更换不同产品时,还需要继续重复上述锁紧卡具松开及再次锁紧工作。如果在一台设备上需要安排几个不同批次产品生产,这种工作将占用相当长操作和准备时间,工作极其烦琐,工人的劳动强度高,效率低,尤其是很难适应印刷品交货期短的要求。 
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于:克服以上不足,提供一种模切版框快速锁紧装置,它采用快速锁紧装置,它可以大大减化工序,工作将占用相当短的操作和准备时间,工作简捷方便、提高工作效率,交货期短,同时也大大降低工人的劳动强度。 
本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的:一种模切版框快速锁紧装置,包括:模切刀版、模切版框,所述的模切刀版下部固定活动版框条,在活动版框条两侧对称设置齿轮,模切版框两侧对称设置齿条,齿轮与齿条啮合而形成上下的线形传动副;上述的线形传动副并通过齿轮锁紧夹锁定。 
所述的齿轮锁紧夹是与齿轮相啮合的扇形齿杆,所述的扇形齿杆两端通过销轴与活动版框条铰接,扇形齿杆下端设置手柄,通过扳动手柄位置将齿轮锁定或解锁。 
所述的手柄为通过转轴可折叠的杆件,手柄末端与锁杆插接锁定。 
本发明的优越性在于:结构简单,便于操作,对模切版1的施力均匀,节省了锁版时间,提高了工作效率、尤其是提高了印刷品的最短交货期。

图1-图6是本实用新型所涉及的一种模切版框快速锁紧装置的典型实例,其中主要部件有:1.模切刀版、2.模切版框、2-1左侧齿条、2-2右侧齿条、3齿轮、4、齿轮锁紧夹、5活动版框条、6压条、7专用工具(内六角扳手)。 
具体实施方式
实施例 
一种模切版框快速锁紧装置,如图1所示,它由模切版框2、模切刀版1和快速锁紧装置组成。模切刀版1铺在模切版框2上,模切刀版1上侧紧靠在模切版框2的内侧,模切刀版1下侧活动版框条5固接。 
在活动版框条5两侧对称设置齿轮3,模切版框2两侧对称设置齿条2-1及齿条2-2,两侧的齿轮3分别与齿条2-1及齿条2-2啮合而形成上下的线形传动副;上述的线形传动副并通由齿轮锁紧夹4锁定。 
齿轮锁紧夹4可以采用扇形齿杆齿轮锁紧夹,也可以采用凸轮式,也可以采用棘爪式等。上述的为已经有的现有技术。 
所述的扇形齿杆式齿轮锁紧夹:如图6、7所示:是与齿轮3相啮合的扇形齿杆,扇形齿杆两端通过销轴与活动版框条5铰接,扇形齿杆下端设置手柄。通过扳动手柄位置将齿轮3锁定或解锁。 
所述的手柄为通过转轴可折叠的杆件,手柄末端与锁杆插接锁定。 
工作过程: 
如图3、图4、图5中所示,首先,假设以安装模切刀版,则将两端的齿轮 锁紧夹4拨到图5位置,从而使齿轮锁紧夹4与齿轮3脱开,这时向下推动活动版框条5,让出模切刀版1的空间,随后将模切刀版放进模切版框2内,使模切刀版上侧紧贴模切版框2内侧,然后向上推动活动版框条5,使其压紧模切刀版1,然后再将齿轮锁紧夹4拨到图4位置,使齿轮锁紧夹4与齿轮3啮合,此时,齿轮3不能自转,从而达到锁紧作用;如果要从模切版框2上卸下模切刀版,则先将齿轮锁紧夹4拨到图5位置,再向下推动活动版框条5,使其与模切刀版1分开,再将模切刀版1从模切版框2上取下。 
实验证明:本实用新型结构简单,成本低廉,便于加工制造,工作过程操作简便快捷,在调整过程中,对模切版施力也比较均横,不但大大节省了锁版时间,提高了工作效率、尤其是大大的缩短了交货期。

1.一种模切版框快速锁紧装置,包括:模切刀版(1)、模切版框(2)、其特征在于:所述的模切刀版(1)下部固定活动版框条(5),在活动版框条(5)两侧对称设置齿轮(3),模切版框(2)两侧对称设置齿条(2-1、2-2),齿轮(3)与齿条(2-1、2-2)啮合而形成上下的线形传动副;上述的线形传动副并通过齿轮锁紧夹(4)锁定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的模切版框快速锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述的齿轮锁紧夹是与齿轮(3)相啮合的扇形齿杆,所述的扇形齿杆两端通过销轴与活动版框条(5)铰接,扇形齿杆下端设置手柄,通过扳动手柄位置将齿轮(3)锁定或解锁。
3.根据权利要求2所述的模切版框快速锁紧装置,其特征在于:所述的手柄为通过转轴可折叠的杆件,手柄末端与锁杆插接锁定。
