  • BACKGROUND
  • In current production and living, workbenches need to be used in many medium and large scale devices. A workbench as a basic carrier bearing hardware of the device performs functions of supporting and fitting various electric devices and mechanical hardware. With regard to some devices that often need to change working environments, the workbench needs to be easily moved and has a property of being detachable and combinable to accommodate different working environments. Such workbenches need to satisfy the following requirements: 1. the workbenches should have high mechanical strength and stability, and may not be deformed or have a size deviation compared with its size when leaving factory due to environmental change or frequent transport; 2. the workbenches can save labor and facilitate easy movement when a working environment is changed, but can keep high stability during residence; 3. the workbenches have strong adaptability, and a device can be positioned flexibly and be operated conveniently as working environments are different.
  • DE 20 2016 102444U1 discloses a tool carriage, comprising: a main frame having four first rod bodies detachable from each other, twenty four attachment pieces, at least two support frames, four wheel bodies and four closure caps.
  • DE 20 2007 013446U1 discloses a livestock plate having latching projections and recesses.
  • However, in the existing workbenches, a freely detachable and combinable workbench satisfying the above requirements is extremely rare.
  • SUMMARY
  • With regard to the above problem, an objective of the present invention is to provide a freely detachable and combinable interlockable workbench.
  • To implement the above objective, the present invention employs the following technical solution: an interlockable workbench characterized that including a primary workbench and a secondary workbench between which a quick locking mechanism is disposed.
  • The quick locking mechanism includes locking sockets disposed on a side of the primary workbench and locking plates disposed on a side of the secondary workbench, wherein the number of the locking sockets is two or more, and the number of the locking plates is the same as the number of the locking sockets.
  • Each of the locking sockets includes a cylinder-shaped socket body fixedly connected with the primary workbench and two stop tabs oppositely disposed on an inner wall of the socket body; each of the locking plates is rotatably connected to the secondary workbench through a rotary shaft, and each of the locking plates includes a central connecting portion for being fixedly connected to the rotary shaft, and two fan-shaped locking portions symmetrically disposed on opposite sides of the central connecting portion; and after reaching into the socket body of the locking socket, the locking portions are rotated to overlap with the stop tabs to implement locking.
  • The respective rotary shafts connected to the respective locking plates are connected to each other through a link mechanism, and a handle is disposed on one of the rotary shafts.
  • A bottom of the primary workbench and a bottom of the secondary workbench are separately provided with four truckles.
  • A guide groove is disposed on the bottom of the primary workbench, a guide plate is disposed on the bottom of the secondary workbench, and rim of the guide plate is provided with a nylon guide bar, and the guide plate mates with the guide groove.
  • Contact surfaces between the locking portions of the locking plates and the stop tabs are all configured as inclined planes at an angle of 5.5°.
  • A handrail is disposed on the primary workbench.
  • Since the present invention employs the above technical solution, it has the following advantages: 1. because a quick locking mechanism is disposed between a primary workbench and a secondary workbench, the present invention can be freely locked and separated according to an actual requirement; 2. the quick locking mechanism of the present invention is constituted by locking sockets disposed on a side of the primary workbench and locking plates disposed on a side of the secondary workbench, wherein the locking socket includes a cylinder-shaped socket body and two stop tabs, the locking plate is rotatably connected to the secondary workbench through a rotary shaft, locking is implemented when the locking plates are rotated to overlap the locking portion with the stop tabs of the locking socket, separating is implemented by means of a reverse rotation, and the locking and separating both have an advantage of easy to operate; 3. in the present invention rotary shafts of the respective locking plates are connected to each other through a link mechanism, and a handle is disposed on a rotary shaft of one of the locking plates, so that the respective locking plates can be locked with and separated from the respective locking sockets synchronously by rotating the handle, making the operation convenient; 4. in the present invention the bottom of the primary workbench is provided with a guide groove, the bottom of the secondary workbench is provided with a guide plate, a nylon guide bar is disposed on an rim of the guide plate, and the guide plate mates with the guide groove, so that quick positioning between the primary workbench and the secondary workbench can be relatively conveniently implemented when the primary workbench and the secondary workbench are connected to each other; 5. in the present invention a bottom of the primary workbench and a bottom of the secondary workbench are provided with truckles respectively, so as to facilitate the movement of the primary workbench and secondary workbench; 6. in the present invention a handrail is disposed on the primary workbench, so as to facilitate an operator to push and pull the primary workbench; 7. in the present invention contact surfaces between the locking portions of the locking plates and the stop tabs are all configured as inclined planes at an angle of 5.5°, thereby performing a function of pushing tightly from the front to the back when the locking plates are rotated, enhancing locking effect.
