本实用新型涉及一种内螺纹芯头，尤其与生产内螺纹铜管有关。
背景技术
目前用于生产内螺纹铜管的芯头，其外圆柱面上均布有数条螺旋齿槽，齿槽横截面形状为梯形，齿槽角为50度至55度，用现有芯头生产出来的内螺纹铜管单位长内表面积有限，热交换效率难以进一步提高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种内螺纹芯头，用该内螺纹芯头生产出来的内螺纹铜管单位长内表面积比现有内螺纹铜管大。
本实用新型的目的是这样达到的：所述内螺纹芯头的外圆柱面上均布有数条螺旋齿槽，齿槽横截面形状为三角形，齿槽角为15度至20度，内螺纹芯头轴向设有通孔。
用本实用新型生产出来的内螺纹铜管具有结构简单，单位长内表面积大，热交换效率高等特点。

具体实施方式
对照图1可知，现有内螺纹芯头的外圆柱面上均布有数条螺旋齿槽1，齿槽1形状为梯形，齿槽角A为50度至55度，芯头轴向设有通孔2。
对照图2可知，本实用新型的内螺纹芯头3的外圆柱面上均布有数条螺旋齿槽4，齿槽4形状为三角形，齿槽角B为15度至20度，内螺纹芯头3轴向设有通孔5。

1.一种内螺纹芯头，该内螺纹芯头（3）的外圆柱面上均布有数条螺旋齿槽（4），内螺纹芯头（3）轴向设有通孔（5），其特征是齿槽（4）横截面形状为三角形，齿槽角B为15度至20度。
