本实用新型涉及一种日常生活用品，具体的说是一种竹碗。
背景技术
现有竹碗的生产一般采用竹板材制作，即将竹片竖拼加胶加热压制成板材，之后将板材切割成碗的尺寸要求大小。板的厚度由碗的高度确定，板的长度尺寸由碗的直径确定后留加工余量下裁。下裁好的板材用夹具固定后先铣削出碗的内表面，然后碗口向下，用夹具固定后铣削出碗的外表面，再经砂磨和表面涂饰后即成竹碗成品。上述方法存在板材内外表面铣削量大，板材利用率不高，加工不方便，强度不高，容易变形以及纹理构图简单等问题。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种竹碗，解决如何采用较小的材料即可制作竹碗的技术问题。
竹碗，包括碗壁、碗底；由竹片成侧压方式挤压而成的碗壁设在碗底上。
所述碗底由竹片拼接而成。
所述竹片与竹片通过粘连剂粘接。
所述碗底的直径为30-50mm。
所述碗底的直径为40mm。
所述碗壁的高度为40-60mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于碗壁是采用竹片通过侧压方式组装而成，这样节省材料而且牢固，碗底的直径为40 mm，符合人们使用习惯。

具体实施方式
请参考图1，该实施例中的竹碗包括碗壁1和碗底2，请参考图2，碗壁1是由一定数量的等腰梯形竹片3经过加工而成的，具体的加工方式是：首先将等腰梯形的竹片3使用胶水侧压连接在一起，然后使用模具打磨出碗壁1的内表面及外表面；碗底2由一定数量的竹片拼接在一起，然后同样使用模具打磨出碗底2的内外表面，最后填涂水性腻子，在涂上水性涂料即制成竹碗。为了方便使用上述竹碗，特将碗壁的高度加工成40-60mm，碗底的直径为40mm。
