Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种太阳能组件焊带,在焊带上制作有弯折结构,弯折结构位于焊带与电池片边沿焊接的部位,弯折结构中包括3~20个相互连接的弯折,每个弯折的角度α为20°~70°,每个弯折的长度为5~20mm。本实用新型的有益效果是:通过焊带弯折,在热胀冷缩过程中,大大降低太阳能电池片在焊接后的内部应力,从而降低太阳能电池片的破片率以及太阳能组件的隐裂。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种太阳能组件焊带。
背景技术
目前,太阳能组件通过焊带连接太阳能电池片,由于焊带良好的焊接性能和导电性能,使得各太阳能电池片在焊接后形成一个完整的电气通路,从而使得太阳能组件在太阳光线的照射下产生的电流和电压能够在焊带中传输出来,为利用太阳能提供了可靠的基础,如图1。普通焊带结构包括三部分,中间是铜带,上下两层是锡合金层或者银层,其厚度只占总厚度的25%以下。
但在实际使用中,由于铜带和电池片之间热膨胀系数相差较大,无论在焊接后冷却过程中还是因环境温度变化时,两者在与电池片的连接边沿部位,产生很大的应力,加上该应力点靠近电池片边沿,应力分布很不均匀,如图2所示,当超过电池片承受能力时,电池片发生微裂纹,严重的导致电池片破裂。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种太阳能组件焊带,防止因为焊接焊带而导致电池片发生破裂。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种太阳能组件焊带,在焊带上制作有弯折结构,弯折结构位于焊带与电池片边沿焊接的部位,弯折结构中包括3~20个相互连接的弯折,每个弯折的角度α为20°~70°,每个弯折的长度为5~20mm。
焊带的厚度为0.15mm~0.5mm,弯折结构的波峰至波谷的距离为0.30mm~1.00mm。
焊带的厚度为0.35mm,每个弯折的角度α为45°弯折结构的波峰至波谷的距离为0.7mm,弯折结构中包括8个相互连接的弯折,弯折结构的长度L为10mm。
采用本实用新型的焊带焊接后的电池片,在焊接冷却过程中,焊带收缩,如图5所示,温度从300℃左右降到室温,焊带和电池片收缩,由于焊带收缩较大,焊带对电池片相对产生拉力F,在弯折部分,由于焊带的弯折结构和电池片形成夹角α,垂直于电池片的分力F2,使电池片弯曲,不会造成隐裂和破片,而作用于电池片的拉力F1=F*cosα,远小于拉力F,降低了对电池片的应力影响;在平坦部分,由于已经在电池片内部,距离电池片边沿较远,各方向应力相互抵消作用,使得电池片内部应力较小。这样,减少了电池片隐裂和破片。
本实用新型的有益效果是:通过焊带弯折,在热胀冷缩过程中,大大降低太阳能电池片在焊接后的内部应力,从而降低太阳能电池片的破片率以及太阳能组件的隐裂。

具体实施方式
如图3、4和5所示,一种太阳能组件焊带,在焊带上制作有弯折结构2,弯折结构2位于焊带与电池片1边沿焊接的部位(即焊带和电池片连接的两端),弯折结构2中包括3~20个相互连接的弯折,每个弯折的角度α为20°~70°,每个弯折的长度为5~20mm。焊带的厚度为0.15mm~0.5mm,弯折结构2的波峰至波谷的距离为0.30mm~1.00mm。
优选的实施例为:焊带的厚度为0.35mm,每个弯折的角度α为45°弯折结构2的波峰至波谷的距离为0.7mm,弯折结构2中包括8个相互连接的弯折,弯折结构2的长度L为10mm。焊带和电池片1在自动串焊机上焊接,用顶针或固定架固定焊带和电池片1的相对位置,通过红外或热风加热,将焊带和电池片1焊接在一起,焊锡在熔融状态由于润湿作用部分或全部填充焊带和电池片之间形成的空洞。按照正常太阳能组件工艺的流程进行叠层、层压,将玻璃、EVA、电池串和背板固化在一起,经过装框,装接线盒后组件完成制作。

Claims (3)

1.一种太阳能组件焊带,其特征是:在所述的焊带上制作有弯折结构(2),弯折结构(2)位于焊带与电池片(1)边沿焊接的部位,弯折结构(2)中包括3~20个相互连接的弯折,每个弯折的角度α为20°~70°,每个弯折的长度为5~20mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能组件焊带,其特征是:所述的焊带的厚度为0.15mm~0.5mm,弯折结构(2)的波峰至波谷的距离为0.30mm~1.00mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能组件焊带,其特征是:所述的焊带的厚度为0.35mm,每个弯折的角度α为45°弯折结构(2)的波峰至波谷的距离为0.7mm,弯折结构(2)中包括8个相互连接的弯折,弯折结构(2)的长度L为10mm。
