背景技术
世界光伏太阳能产业和市场在严峻的能源形势和生态环境的压力下、在技术进步促进下以及在法规政策的强力推动下,光伏产业的成本在过去的30年里下降了2个数量级,在过去的5年时间里光伏产业保持每年40%~50%的增长。目前国内光伏产业链已经发展成为一个从业人员近10万、产值过千亿、利税超过200亿、产量接近1100MW的庞大产业。但成本过高是制约光伏产业进一步发展的主要因素。提高电池的光电转换效率是降低成本的有效方式。提高太阳能电池的转换效率,就可以提高单片电池片的功率输出,也即可以提高单片电池片的利润值。因此提高电池片光电转换率也会带来巨大的社会效益,有利于建设一个资源节约型、环境友好型的新型社会。多晶硅因其较高的性价比已成为太阳能电池片生产的主要原材料,市场占有率已超过50%,但现有多晶硅电池片制造过程中由于多晶硅面积较大,尺寸一般为156*156mm,导致正电极印刷易产生断栅等缺陷,产生光电流的损失,从而影响光电转换效率。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种光电转换效率高的光伏电池片。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
本实用新型包括基体,所述基体上竖向设有粗栅线,所述基体上横向设有细栅线,所述细栅线外周设有与细栅线相连接的边框线。
由于本实用新型在所有细栅线外增设了边框线,即使出现断栅部分,光电流仍可以通过边框汇流到主栅线导出,提高了电池片的短路电流,从而提高了光电转换效率。

如附图所示:本实用新型包括基体1,基体1上竖向设有粗栅线2,基体1上横向设有细栅线3,细栅线3外周设有与细栅线3相连接的边框线5。
在印刷过程中光伏电池片极易产生断栅等缺陷,电池片正电极是负责收集光电流的部分,由细栅线收集,汇流到主栅线导出,若出现断栅,则会造成断栅部分细栅线的光电流无法汇流到主栅线,导致光电流损失,而本实用新型将所有细栅线外加印了边框线,即使出现断栅部分,光电流仍可以通过边框汇流到主栅线导出,大大提高了电池片的短路电流,从而提升了光电转换效率。
