本发明涉及窑炉部件技术领域，尤其是涉及一种高洁净窑炉排烟装置。
背景技术
辊道式窑炉需要经常性排烟。一般的，见图3和图4所示，窑炉排烟装置为：窑炉的窑体1的上部连通有排烟吸斗2，排烟吸斗2连通于窑体外部的排气支管3，排气支管3连通于排烟主管4。这样，窑体1内的烟气进入排烟吸斗2，之后依次经过排烟支管3和排烟主管4排出。其缺陷在于：烟气具有腐蚀性，而排烟吸斗、排烟支管及排烟主管为A3或不锈钢材质制备，长期在高温烟气环境下，排烟吸斗2、排烟支管3及排烟主管4会被腐蚀而产生落脏，从而影响产品质量。因此有必要予以改进。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的不足，本发明的目的是提供一种高洁净窑炉排烟装置，它具有可以有效避免落脏现象，从而提高产品质量的特点。
为了实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案是：高洁净窑炉排烟装置，用于为辊道式窑炉的窑体进行排烟，该高洁净窑炉排烟装置包括排烟吸斗和烟道，排烟吸斗连通于烟道的侧壁。
所述烟道砌筑于窑体的顶部。
采用上述结构后，本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是：有效避免落脏现象，从而提高产品质量。本发明的高洁净窑炉排烟装置采用烟道和窑体实现连通，具有耐高温、耐烟气腐蚀的特性，因而不会产生落脏，保证了产品质量。而排烟吸斗位于烟道的侧壁，则排烟吸斗等部件产生的腐蚀物不会掉落于窑体内部。

实施例，见图1和图2所示：高洁净窑炉排烟装置，用于为辊道式窑炉的窑体1进行排烟。该高洁净窑炉排烟装置包括排烟主管4，排烟主管4连通有排烟支管3，排烟支管3连通有排烟吸斗2。同时，窑体1的顶部砌筑有烟道5。此时，排烟吸斗2连通于烟道5的侧壁。
窑炉排烟装置目前已广泛使用，其它结构和原理与现有技术相同，这里不再赘述。

2.根据权利要求1所述的高洁净窑炉排烟装置，其特征在于：所述烟道(5)砌筑于窑体(1)的顶部。
