背景技术
冻干机广泛应用于医药、生物制品、食品、血液制品、活性物质领域等领域,并且其应用规模和领域还在不断扩大中。
冻干机具有冻干箱,在冻干箱内设置有用于换热而对产品进行冻干处理的换热板层。在换热板层上放置有冻干盘,冻干盘用于码放盛装有需要冻干处理的物品的器皿。
现有的冻干盘一般采用一个在四周及底部绷有类似塑料薄膜的框架来作为冻干盘使用。这样的结构不利于形成均匀的冻干温度环境,并且也不便于器皿的取放。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种用于冻干机的冻干盘,能够提供均匀的冻干温度环境,且便于器皿的取放。
本实用新型的一种用于冻干机的冻干盘包括:用于载置冻干器皿的盘底和形成在盘底四周的具有适当高度的盘边,所述盘底和盘边采用不锈钢材料通过冲压形成为一体。
优选地,所述盘底和盘边之间具有适当的圆弧过渡段。
本实用新型通过采用不锈钢材料冲压形成一体的盘底和具有适当高度的盘边,表面平整的盘底能够很好地放置器皿,并且不锈钢利于热传导,能够很好地进行热传导,从而能够提供一个均匀的冻干环境,确保放置在冻干盘上的器皿能够得到统一的冻干温度。此外,本实用新型由于采用不锈钢材料做成,也便于器皿的取放。

如图1所示,本实用新型包括:用于载置冻干器皿的盘底1和形成在盘底1四周的具有适当高度的盘边2,盘底1和盘边2采用不锈钢材料通过冲压形成为一体。盘底1和盘边2之间具有适当的圆弧过渡段3,在本实用新型实施例中,过渡段3的弧度为90°。
本实用新型的冻干盘采用冲压一次成形而形成盘底1和盘边2,这样,盘底1就具有较好的平整度,可以载置冻干器皿,并且能够很好地与冻干器皿的底部相接触,从而能够很好地进行热传导,为载置在盘底1上的冻干器皿提供一个均匀的冻干环境,以确保放置在冻干盘上的器皿能够得到统一的冻干温度。
另外,本实用新型由于采用不锈钢材料做成,也便于冻干器皿的取放。
本实用新型使用时,直接放置在冻干机的冻干板层上,然后再在盘底1上放置冻干器皿即可。
