本实用新型属于微生物培养器皿领域,涉及一种一体式培养皿。
背景技术
通常的生物培养皿包括培养皿底部和培养皿上盖,需要培养的生物材料放置在培养皿内,盖上培养皿上盖,但是在培养室或培养箱叠加放置多个培养皿时,由于培养皿之间湿滑且摩擦力小,上方的培养皿很容易滑落,不适合微生物的批量培养操作,具有很大的使用局限性。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种叠加放置平稳且相互间不易滑落的培养皿,以克服上述现有技术的不足。
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种一体式培养皿,包括一体成型的圆形底壁、垂直于圆形底壁的环状上侧壁和垂直于圆形底壁的环状下侧壁,所述环状下侧壁的外径与所述圆形底壁的直径相等,所述环状上侧壁的外径小于所述环状下侧壁的内径。
所述环状上侧壁的高度高于所述环状下侧壁的高度。
所述环状下侧壁的内径比所述环状上侧壁的外径长0.5~1cm。
所述一体式培养皿由刚性且透明材料制成,如聚苯乙烯等透明高分子材料、现有技术中适合微生物培养的玻璃。
使用多个所述一体式培养皿叠加扣合时,将第二个一体式培养皿的下侧壁扣合在第一个一体式培养皿的上侧壁外,然后将第三个一体式培养皿的下侧壁扣合在第二个一体式培养皿的上侧壁外,以此类推。根据所需培养皿的个数依次扣合叠加即可,不会因为培养皿相互间湿滑而产生滑落现象。
本实用新型使用方便,多个一体式培养皿扣合叠放时,由于相邻一培养皿的下侧壁与另一培养皿的上侧壁扣合在一起,相互之间不易滑落,且移动或倒置放置时更平稳。

一体式培养皿的使用如图2所示,多个一体式培养皿叠加扣合时,相邻两个一体式培养皿叠加扣合,上面一个一体式培养皿的下侧壁扣合在下面一个一体式培养皿的上侧壁外,以此类推。
