技术领域
本实用新型涉及净化工程维护用的构件。
背景技术
目前，所有的维护结构均采用矩型钢管在现场进行切割，焊接。因为是人工操作，所以在施工精度和结构强度上无法做到统一的标准，施工质量也完全掌握在施工人员的手中，如焊接时未达到国家标准，焊缝不连续饱满，就会导致整个钢结构的稳定性。另外，由于整个施工过程需要在现场进行切割，焊接，所以现场的扬尘和环境污染也很大。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的问题就是针对以上不足而提供一种模块化预制，现场拼装的净化工程维护用构件。其技术方案如下：
它包括龙骨和连接板，在连接板和龙骨一端至少一个面上分别开有连接孔，龙骨和连接板通过螺钉连接。
与现有技术相比本实用新型具有如下有益效果：
1、维护结构只需在现场进行螺栓连接，大大加快了施工进度，提高了施工效率；
2、现场无需进行任何切割和焊接加工，杜绝扬尘和环境污染，现场整洁；
3、拼接工艺简单快捷，加上专用工具，将施工质量的保证措施从传统工艺中的施工人员手艺，转到先进施工方法和施工机具上，保证整个钢结构的稳定性。

具体实施方式
参见图1-图3，本实用新型包括龙骨2和连接板3，龙骨2为矩型管，在连接板3和龙骨2一端至少一个面上分别开有连接孔1，龙骨2和连接板3通过螺钉5连接。连接板3可以是如图2所示为一块平板，用以龙骨的加长连接等；连接板也可以如图3所示由平板和立板4垂直构成脚板，用以龙骨与龙骨的拐角连接或加固连接等。
图4所示为一侧开口构成的沿地龙骨，用于龙骨的地面连接。
有了这些模块，可以如图5-图8所示随意将龙骨横向、竖向、拐角、沿地、贴墙等连接，构成所需钢架结构。

1.一种净化工程维护用模块结构，其特征在于包括龙骨(2)和连接板(3)，在连接板(3)和龙骨(2)一端至少一个面上分别开有连接孔(1)，龙骨(2)和连接板(3)通过螺钉(5)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述净化工程维护用模块结构，其特征是龙骨(2)为矩型管。
3.根据权利要求1所述净化工程维护用模块结构，其特征是龙骨(2)一侧开口构成沿地龙骨。
4.根据权利要求1所述净化工程维护用模块结构，其特征是连接板(3)为一块平板。
5.根据权利要求1所述净化工程维护用模块结构，其特征是连接板由平板和立板(4)垂直构成脚板。
