本实用新型属于一种加温保温装置,具体地说,是一种微生物发酵用发酵机的加温保温装置。
背景技术
在微生物有机快速发酵中,温度是决定发酵效果非常关键的一个因素。在发酵中都需要保持一个恒定的温度,在发酵的不同阶段,前期、中期、后期的温度都是有变化的。微生物有机快速发酵过程中,要求升温要迅速,保温以维持发酵所需的温度。目前,常用的加温方式有对发酵原料预加温和发酵容器内加温两种形式。这两种方式在都可以起到增温的效果,但其缺点在于:对发酵原料预增温通常是在预处理池进行,热量损耗较大,工作量也大;发酵容器内增温都是增温管与发酵料液直接接触,容易造成增温管的结垢,从而严重影响换热效率;常常出现增温不均匀的现象,发酵容器上部和下部温差较大;增温管都是通过水为介质进行增温,升温和变化温度不迅速。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种加温均匀、迅速的发酵机增温保温装置。
本实用新型的技术方案如下:一种发酵机增温保温装置,包括发酵槽,其关键在于:所述发酵槽槽壁内设有密闭的油腔,该油腔通过油管与放置在发酵槽外面的加热油泵连接,并且所述油腔上部通过油管与加热油泵的输出口连通,所述油腔下部通过油管与加温油泵的输入口连通。通过电机带动加热油泵工作,将加热油泵内加热后的油通过油泵输出口泵入发酵槽油腔内,油腔下部的油又回到加热油泵加热泵出。不断的循环来加热或保持发酵槽的发酵温度。
有益效果:本实用新型在发酵槽壁内开有密闭的油腔,与发酵液接触传热的面积大,以油为传热介质进行加温保温,加热均匀、迅速、温度控制灵敏,整个装置结构简单,操作方便。

如图1所示,发酵机加温保温装置,由发酵槽1、加热油泵2组成,所述发酵槽1槽壁内设有密闭的油腔1a,该油腔1a通过油管与放置在发酵槽1外面的加热油泵2连接,并且所述油腔1a上部通过油管与加热油泵2的输出口连通,所述油腔1a下部通过油管与加温油泵2的输入口连通,所述加热油泵2由电机3带动工作。所述发酵槽1的槽壁外表面覆盖有保温层4,该保温层4由钢板层5包覆。
工作原理:按照发酵所需温度来调整加热油泵2加热温度,通过电机3带动加热油泵2工作,将加热后的油通过加热油泵2输出口经油管泵入油腔1a上部,整个油腔1a储满油后,油腔1a再从下部回到加热油泵2继续加热后泵回油腔,通过不断的循环来对发酵槽1内的发酵液加热或保温。

1.一种发酵机加温保温装置,包括发酵槽(1),其特征在于:所述发酵槽(1)槽壁内设有密闭的油腔(1a),该油腔(1a)通过油管与放置在发酵槽(1)外面的加热油泵(2)连接,并且所述油腔(1a)上部通过油管与加热油泵(2)的输出口连通,所述油腔(1a)下部通过油管与加温油泵(2)的输入口连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述发酵机加温保温装置,其特征在于:所述发酵槽(1)的槽壁外表面覆盖有保温层(4),该保温层(4)由钢板层(5)包覆。
