本发明涉及乳化炸药生产机械领域，具体涉及乳化炸药敏化机。
背景技术
目前，乳化炸药的敏化工艺包括将A、水相溶液配制；B、油相溶液配制；C、连续乳化；D、高温敏化及铝粉的添加；E、自动装药；F、封口、凉药、包装；在高温敏化及铝粉的添加工艺步骤中，是将树脂微球与水调合成微球发泡剂溶液，再由人工加入至炸药敏化机中进行敏化，制成乳化炸药，其不足之处在于树脂微球与水调合后容易分层、流散性差，所制成的微球发泡剂溶液不便于机械加入至乳化炸药敏化机，而不得不采用人工加入至炸药敏化机中，费时费工费力。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有树脂微球与水调合后所制成的微球发泡剂溶液采用人工加入至炸药敏化机中，费时费工费力之不足。而提供一种带有喷浆泵的乳化炸药敏化机。
本实用新型包括乳化炸药敏化机，它还有喷浆泵，喷浆泵喷料口与乳化炸药敏化机的进料口相通。
本实用新型的优点是：在乳化炸药敏化机上加设喷浆泵。使用时可将树脂微球与机油调合成浆状微球发泡剂溶液，再由喷浆泵喷入至炸药敏化机中，省时省工省力。

如图1所示，在现有乳化炸药敏化机1上加设喷浆泵2，喷浆泵喷料口与乳化炸药敏化机的进料口相通。使用时将树脂微球与机油调合成浆状微球发泡剂溶液，再由喷浆泵喷入至炸药敏化机中。
