本实用新型涉及一种磁选机用磁辊，特别用于金属与胶粉混合物的分选。
背景技术
目前磁选机采用的磁辊，当金属与胶粉的混合物经输送带输送至磁辊的下部时，磁辊在转动过程中，将金属吸附在磁辊表面，并通过若干个并列设置的磁辊对金属进行接力输送。这种方式，由于金属与胶粉混合在一起，磁辊不能完全将输送带上处于混合物底部或中间的金属吸出来，降低了分选效率。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供能增强磁辊吸附金属能力，提高分选效率的一种磁选机用磁辊。
本实用新型采取的技术方案是：一种磁选机用磁辊，在本体的圆周外表面上间隔设有若干根挡条，其特征在于在挡条上设有若干根搅拌棍。
采用本实用新型，金属制的搅拌棍既可对金属与胶粉的混合物进行翻动，便于磁辊吸附金属，从而增强磁辊吸附能力，达到提高分选效率的目的。

参照图1，该磁选机用磁辊的本体3的圆周外表面上间隔设有若干根挡条2，在挡条2上设有若干根搅拌棍1。当金属与胶粉的混合物经过本体3下部时，金属制的搅拌棍1既可对金属与胶粉的混合物进行翻动，便于本体3吸附金属，从而增强吸附能力，达到提高分选效率的目的。
