本实用新型属于模具技术领域,涉及一种模具延时机构。
背景技术
在注塑模具中需要利用模具开模的力量来拨出滑块来实现侧抽芯,此种方式是模具开模与滑块同时动作,但是有时需要模具在开模时一段距离内滑块不动作,等其它部件退出让开空间后才运动,就需要增加模具延时机构,现有的延时结构一般是在滑块斜导柱的退出方向掏出避空孔,开模一段距离内拨不到滑块,等开到一定距离后拨动滑块,实现延时,此过程要保证滑块保持在原位置不动,但此结构最大的载荷为100KG,当滑块质量超过100KG时会不适用;另外一种延时结构是采用拨杆来实现延时,只是在滑块上设计斜面孔,但此种结构需要加大滑块尺寸,加工较麻烦,成本也较高。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的现状,而提供一种结构简单,加工方便,能成功实现大型滑块的延时控制功能模具延时机构。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为:一种模具延时机构,包括母模仁和滑块,所述的母模仁上设置有固定块,其特征是:所述的固定块上设置有限位块,在母模仁与限位块之间设置有弹簧,所述的滑块上开设有用于将限位块卡入的限位槽,在开模的一段距离内限位块将滑块挡住实现滑块延时退出。
为优化上述方案采取的措施具体包括:
在上述的一种模具延时机构中,所述的限位块的下端还设置有滚块,滚块与滑块的表面接触并在滑块运动时在其表面滑动。
在上述的一种模具延时机构中,所述的固定块上开设有调整槽,所述的限位块位于调整槽内并在弹簧的作用下在调整槽内上下运动。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的优点在于结构简单,加工和安装方便,主要利用限位块将滑块挡住,在开模的一段距离内限定滑块滑动,在合模的过程中利用弹簧将限位块卡入滑块上的限位槽,从而现实滑块延时退出,此种结构可以承受较大的载荷,成功的解决了大型滑块延时退出的问题。

具体实施方式
以下是本实用新型的具体实施例并结合附图,对本实用新型的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本实用新型并不限于这些实施例。
如图1和图2所示,本模具延时机构,包括母模仁1和滑块2,母模仁1上设置有固定块3,固定块3上设置有限位块4,在母模仁1与限位块4之间设置有弹簧6,这里固定块3上开设有调整槽5,限位块4位于调整槽5内并在弹簧6的作用下在调整槽5内上下运动。
滑块2上开设有用于将限位块4卡入的限位槽2a,限位块4的下端还设置有滚块7,滚块7与滑块2的表面接触并在滑块2运动时在其表面滑动,模具在刚开模时,由于限位块4挡住滑块2限制滑块2运动,当模具开模距离超过S后,限位块4离开滑块2,滑块2开始运动,开模距离S即为限位的行程(可根据需要延时的距离,修改S的值),当合模时滚块7先接触到滑块2,继续合模时弹簧6开始压缩,滚块7在滑块2表面滑动直到合模完成,在弹簧6的作用下限位块4卡入滑块2上的限位槽2a,从而现实滑块2延时退出,这样可以承受较大的载荷,成功的解决了大型滑块延时退出的问题。

1.一种模具延时机构,包括母模仁(1)和滑块(2),所述的母模仁(1)上设置有固定块(3),其特征是:所述的固定块(3)上设置有限位块(4),在母模仁(1)与限位块(4)之间设置有弹簧(6),所述的滑块(2)上开设有用于将限位块(4)卡入的限位槽(2a),在开模的一段距离内限位块(4)将滑块(2)挡住实现滑块(2)延时退出。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种模具延时机构,其特征是:所述的限位块(4)的下端还设置有滚块(7),滚块(7)与滑块(2)的表面接触并在滑块(2)运动时在其表面滑动。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种模具延时机构,其特征是:所述的固定块(3)上开设有调整槽(5),所述的限位块(4)位于调整槽(5)内并在弹簧(6)的作用下在调整槽(5)内上下运动。
