本实用新型涉及一种机床设备，具体涉及一种内圆磨床的改进发明。 
【背景技术】
磨床主要分平面磨床、外圆磨床和内圆磨床，如果工件的内孔和端面都要磨削加工，那么就需要在内圆磨床上磨削内孔，在平面磨床上磨削端面，加工效率不高，还有，工件要经过两次装夹固定，磨削后工件内孔和端面之间的垂直度不能得到很好保证，加工精度不高。 
【发明内容】
鉴于现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种增加端面磨削功能，工件一次装夹就能完成内圆和端面的磨削，提高加工效率和加工精度的内圆磨床。 
本实用新型是采取如下技术方案来完成的： 
一种带端面磨的内圆磨床，包括床身、床头箱和内圆磨头，其特征在于：所述内圆磨床还包括端面磨头、摆动杠杆座和驱动端面磨头工作的电机，摆动杠杆座在床头箱所设卡盘的端面外侧摆动设置，端面磨头和电机分别在摆动杠杆座的两头安装。 
上述技术方案中，在现有技术的内圆磨床上安装了对工件端面进行磨削的一套装置，不仅易于操作，而且工件一次装夹就能完成内圆和端面的磨削，有效保证磨削后工件内孔和端面之间的垂直度，不仅提高了加工效率，而且提高 了加工精度。

【具体实施方式】
如图1所示，该种带端面磨的内圆磨床，包括床身1、床头箱3、内圆磨头(图中未画出)、端面磨头4、摆动杠杆座5和驱动端面磨头工作的电机8，摆动杠杆座5在床头箱所设卡盘2的端面外侧摆动设置，端面磨头4和电机8分别在摆动杠杆座5的两头安装；所述摆动杠杆座5通过销轴6可转动地连接在架板7上，架板7在滑块10的左侧面固定安装，滑块10通过其底部设有的燕尾槽滑动设在燕尾导轨11上，燕尾导轨11在支架12上固定安装，支架12在床头箱3的内侧端面固定安装，滑块10在燕尾导轨11上的活动调节通过手柄9的转动来实现。 
本实用新型的操作过程是这样的：平时，由于摆动杠杆座的电机一头力矩大，摆动杠杆座处于图1所示的平衡位置，此时将工件装夹在卡盘上，内圆磨头可以对工件的内孔进行磨削加工，当内孔加工完成，内圆磨头回位，然后用手往下扳动端面磨头至图2位置，由于摆动杠杆座的两头力矩变化，摆动杠杆座处于图2所示的平衡位置，这时电机通电操作端面磨头的手柄13就可对工件的端面进行磨削加工，不仅易于操作，而且工件一次装夹就能同时完成内圆和端面的磨削，有效保证磨削后工件内孔和端面之间的垂直度，提高加工效率和加工精度。
