本实用新型提供了一种冰柜无渗漏内胆，它包括底板和侧板，其中底板一侧设置有向上的翻边，翻边与底板平面相互垂直，翻边的边缘向内胆外侧向上伸出一个竖直的钩型槽，其开口面向侧板，侧板底端向内胆外侧设置有钩型边，钩型边与钩型槽配合；其优点在于它可以防止冰柜长时间使用后产生的渗漏现象，从而防止冰柜的各种零部件被腐蚀，提高了冰柜的使用寿命，减少了冰柜的维修率；杜绝渗漏现象还可以避免漏电事故的发生，从而使冰柜的安全性能得到进一步增高。

背景技术
冰柜内胆通常是通过铝板拼接而成，普通冰柜内胆如图1所示，侧壁板1与底板2进行接合压扣，接合处形成的整条缝隙位于最底部。这种结构使冰柜在长时间使用后，底部的积水沿着整条缝隙向内胆外渗漏，而内胆外聚集着冰柜的主要元件，如此会腐蚀这些元件而减少冰柜的使用寿命，严重时可能发生漏电事故而造成人身危险。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺点，本实用新型提供了一种结构简单、防渗漏的冰柜内胆。
本实用新型所述的冰柜内胆，包括底板和侧板，其中底板一侧设置有向上的翻边，翻边与底板平面相互垂直，翻边的边缘向内胆外侧向上伸出一个竖直的钩型槽，其开口面向侧板，侧板底端向内胆外侧设置有钩型边，钩型边与钩型槽配合。
本实用新型所述的冰柜无渗漏内胆，可以防止冰柜长时间使用后产生的渗漏现象，从而防止冰柜的各种零部件被腐蚀，提高了冰柜的使用寿命，减少了冰柜的维修率；杜绝渗漏现象还可以避免漏电事故的发生，从而使冰柜的安全性能得到进一步增高。

如图4所示，其中底板1一侧设置有向上的翻边，翻边与底板平面相互垂直，翻边的边缘向内胆外侧向上伸出一个竖直的钩型槽，其开口面向一个侧板2，所述侧板2底端向内胆外侧设置有钩型边，钩型边与钩型槽配合，从而使底板与侧板达到固定连接。
对比传统的冰柜内胆相比，本实用新型所述冰柜无渗漏内胆底部无接缝2，使冰柜在长时间使用后，底部的积水无法沿着缝隙向内胆外渗漏，避免了传统冰柜渗漏现象的发生。

1.一种冰柜无渗漏内胆，包括底板和侧板，其特征在于所述底板一侧设置有向上的翻边，翻边与底板平面相互垂直，翻边的边缘向内胆外侧向上伸出一个竖直的钩型槽，其开口面向侧板，侧板底端向内胆外侧设置有钩型边，钩型边与钩型槽配合。
