金属幕墙的外表面由数量众多的单元金属板块拼接而成，金属板块的厚度一般只有几毫米，当其面积较大时结构强度显得不足，尤其边缘部分容易变形。
发明内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是解决现有的金属幕墙板块边缘部分容易变形的问题。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供了一种金属幕墙板块，包括：金属板体、边部支撑件和边部连接件，所述金属板体的边缘呈折弯状，形成U形的折腔；所述边部支撑件呈L形，其位于所述折腔的开口处，底部与所述金属板体固定连接；所述边部连接件一端与所述金属板体固定，其另一端与所述边部支撑件固定，使所述折腔封闭。
优选的，所述边部支撑件与所述金属板体螺栓连接，所述支撑件的底部设有焊渣槽。
该金属幕墙板块通过边部支撑件和边部连接件与金属板体围成封闭的折腔，使其边缘部位结构强度明显提高，解决了该部位容易变形的问题。

如图1至图5所示的金属幕墙板块，包括：金属板体1、边部支撑件2和边部连接件3，金属板体1的边缘呈折弯状，形成U形的折腔4；边部支撑件2呈L形，其位于折腔4的开口处，底部与金属板体1螺栓连接固定，螺钉是焊接在金属板体1上，为了防止焊渣造成边部支撑件2装配不平整，支撑件2底部设有焊渣槽201；边部连接件3一端与金属板体1螺栓连接固定，其另一端与边部支撑件2螺栓连接固定。
该金属幕墙板块通过边部支撑件和边部连接件与金属板体围成封闭的折腔，使其边缘部位结构强度明显提高，解决了该部位容易变形的问题。
