背景技术
目前斗式提升机基本由主动滚筒，被动滚筒，链条的张紧装置组成。随着斗式提升机的高度不断增加，所需的张紧力不断增大，增大的张紧力加剧了链条的磨损，降低了链条的使用寿命，同时由于提升机链条的加长在提升机使用时链条抖动很容易脱链，而发生安全生产事故。

本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足之处而提供一种结构简单、操作方便、可以有效的减小提升链条抖动，防止了提升机脱链，同时可以降低链条的张紧力，增加链条的使用寿命、实用的新型的用于提升机链条的导开装置。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的：
一种用于提升机链条的导开装置，其特征在于：包括壳体1、支撑轮轴3、支撑轮4，支撑轮4固定连接于支撑轮轴3上；支撑轮轴3通过支撑轮座2连接于壳体1内，并可在支撑轮座2上转动。
本实用新型两个支撑轮4将提升链条5从中间张开，将提升链条5由主动轮、被动轮两点支撑改为有主动轮、支撑轮4、被动轮组成的三点支撑，可以有效的减小提升链条抖动，防止了提升机脱链，同时可以降低链条的张紧力，增加链条的使用寿命。
综上所述，本实用新型提供一种结构简单、操作方便、可以有效的减小提升链条抖动，防止了提升机脱链，同时可以降低链条的张紧力，增加链条的使用寿命、实用的新型的用于提升机链条的导开装置。

如图1、图2所示，一种用于提升机链条的导开装置，其特征在于：包括壳体1、支撑轮轴3、支撑轮4，支撑轮4固定连接于支撑轮轴3上；支撑轮轴3通过支撑轮座2连接于壳体1内，并可在支撑轮座2上转动。
