技术领域
本专利涉及专用于钻床生产加工的设备,尤其是一种适用于钻头装卸的撞击式钻柄。 
背景技术
目前,Φ12以下的钻头的钻削力不太大,直柄圆柱面可以用夹头靠摩擦力夹紧、工作,当钻头直径大于Φ12后,钻削力增大到用夹头无法夹紧了,需要靠工具锥度(常用的有莫氏锥度)自锁夹紧,以满足钻头钻孔正常工作。在钻床用于夹紧钻头的钻柄多是带有莫氏锥度的锥柄钻柄,传统的钻柄是在尾端部位有一径向开口,以便于用锲块敲击卸掉钻头,这种卸钻头方法不但效率低下,并且不小心容易伤到操作者。 
发明内容
为克服目前锥柄钻柄在更换钻头时存在的效率低下、易误伤操作者的技术问题,本实用新型提供一种撞击式钻柄。 
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:撞击式钻柄,包括一带有锥度的钻柄本体,其特征在于:所述的钻柄本体在其尾部设有一撞块,撞块壁上设有滑槽,撞块由钻柄尾部伸入到钻柄内腔;一防脱螺钉由钻柄壁外部伸入到钻柄内腔中的撞块滑槽中。 
该钻柄改变传统的径向拆卸为方便操作的轴向拆卸的方式,方便操作者的操作,卸钻头时,只要撞击撞块,钻头即可脱落。该实用新型制造简单,成本低,操作灵活,使用便利,实用效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型做进一步说明。 
如附图所示,撞击式钻柄,包括一带有锥度的钻柄2本体,钻柄本体在其尾部设有一撞块4,撞块壁上设有滑槽5,撞块4由钻柄2尾部伸入到钻柄2内腔;一防脱螺钉3由钻柄壁外部伸入到钻柄内腔中的撞块滑槽5中。 
制作时,钻柄材料选为45钢,淬火硬度为HRC50~55,撞块材料选为45钢,淬火硬度为HRC40左右。 
换钻头时,如附图所示,撞击撞块4,撞块4冲击钻柄中的钻头1,钻头1即可脱落。
