Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及测试技术领域，特别是一种用于微型化无线通信模块测试的装置。
背景技术
随着无线网络技术的不断发展，各种无线网络设备也不断更新换代，每一种无线网络设备在推向市场之前都必须经过系统的测试和调试，特别是对于微型化的无线网络设备，由于其尺寸极小，对测试装置的精度要求很高，传统的连接方式和安装方式都不满足其测试要求，必须有针对这些微型化无线网络设备的测试装置配合，才能使其测试过程更加方便，更加稳定，更具有可操作性和可重复性。
对于微型化模块的测试装置有着区别于以往测试装置的要求主要体现在：
第一，由于模块的微型化，用于测试的测试点和其他连接点的尺寸更加微小，测试点和其他连接点间距也十分小，这就对测试设备的精度提出了更高的要求；
第二，由于模块的微型化，模块自身的重量很小，测试中非常容易受到外力而移动位置，这就要求测试装置的设计要合理，能在测试过程中保持被测模块位置的稳定；
第三，由于模块的微型化，测试装置的精细化，相应测试装置的探针也非常细，需要有特别的处理，保证探针在反复的测试过程中保持良好的状态，以保证多次反复测试的正确性和精确性；
第四，由于模块的微型化，以及测试装置的小型化，使得手工操作困难增加，需要采取相应措施以便于手工操作；
第五，由于微型化模块的一些测试点位于模块的底部，传统的侧面压合的探针不再适用于其测试；
第六，无线模块的测试装置要具备射频信号的测试功能，要将射频信号连接到装置外部的测量仪器上，而且要求对射频信号的损耗较低。
实用新型内容
为了克服传统测试装置不适合测试微型化无线通信模块的缺点，本实用新型提供了一种用于微型化无线通信模块测试的装置，该测试装置具有测量精度高、操作方便、使用寿命长等多种优点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种用于微型化无线通信模块测试的装置，其特征在于包括与测试台连接的底座，底座的上部有容纳无线通信模块的凹槽，凹槽内设置有固定通信模块的定位部件，定位部件与通信模块相接触的表面设置有孔，凹槽的底部有探针，当定位部件与通信模块一起向测试台滑动一设定距离时，探针能够从定位部件表面的孔中露出并将通信模块与测试平台电气连接。
优选所述定位部件为片状，表面设有容纳通信模块的槽，槽的内沿设置有向内突出并与被测模块外形精确加工部分相对应的定位边。
优选槽的内沿还设置有相外突出的外边。
优选销钉依次穿过定位部件、弹簧、底座，销钉与定位部件之间为间隙配合。
优选所述设定距离为1mm。
优选探针直径为0.3mm。
优选探针还包括射频测试探针，射频测试探针为同轴结构。
优选底座的上部还设置有压块，压块的边缘与底座的边缘通过转轴连接，连接处还设置有扭转弹簧。
优选压块的表面与底座容纳通信模块的位置相对应的部位设置有容纳槽，容纳槽中设置有片状的半活动子，半活动子通过贯穿其中部的轴与压块连接，轴的轴线平行于半活动子的表面并且与轴平行。
优选压块边缘与转轴向对应的一侧设置有与底座相配合的咬合扣。
本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、结构精度高。合理分配了压块和底座的功能，在测试过程中，被测无线通信模块与测试探针之间只有一个维度的相对运动，且行程很短，减小了在运动过程中造成的误差；底座内部定位部件开槽准确，凸出的定位边保证了定位准确，凹进部分避免了结构干涉，确保模块与探针的相对位置正确，保证了被测无线通信模块与探针正确、良好的接触。
2、操作方便。掰开咬合扣后，压块会自动弹开，操作很人性化；底座内部的定位部分内沿设有斜坡，方便了被则无线通信模块的放入和取出，且不会影响定位的精度。
3、耐用。装置设计合理，最容易损坏的探针和射频探针在测试过程中保持固定，而由其他较结实的部分滑动，从而减小了探针和射频探针损坏的风险，结构简单实用，理论上可以使用30万次以上。
4、射频信号损耗小。采用了同轴形式的设计，保证了射频探针的特性阻抗与被测无线通信模块匹配，减小了驻波比和损耗，提高了测试精度。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1、2、3对本实用新型所述的测试装置进行详细说明，一种用于微型化无线通信模块测试的装置，包括与测试台连接的底座1，底座的上部有容纳无线通信模块的凹槽11，凹槽内设置有固定通信模块的定位部件12，定位部件与通信模块相接触的表面设置有孔13，凹槽的底部有探针14，当定位部件12与通信模块一起向测试台滑动一设定距离时，探针14能够从定位部件表面的孔13中露出并将通信模块与测试平台电气连接。
微型化无线通信模块测试装置底座1的外壳有安装孔可以固定到配套测试台上，底座材质为铜，表面用铣刀铣平，再镀白金，探针用于将被测无线通信模块的引脚连接到上述测试台上，在测试过程中，被测无线通信模块5与定位部件12一起向台座深度方向一维运动，通过滑动可将探针暴露出来，使测试平台与装置内部的被测模块实现良好电气连接，滑动的行程很短，可以减小在运动过程中造成的误差，测试方便准确。
所述定位部件12为片状，表面设有容纳通信模块的槽121，槽121的内沿设置有向内突出并与被测模块外形精确加工部分相对应的定位边122。槽121的内沿还设置有相外突出的外边123。定位部件12为聚酰亚胺材质，可加工性强，定位边122对应于被测模块外形精确加工的部分，用于准确定位模块位置，外边123对应于被测模块在加工过程中产生的外形不精确的部分，槽沿有切角，用于手动取出放在其中的被测无线模块，这样设计可以避免被测无线模块与底座结构上的干涉，如图2。
销钉15依次穿过定位部件12、弹簧16、底座1，销钉15与定位部件12之间为间隙配合。定位部件和无线测试模块一起在底座的凹槽11内滑动，从而使被测无线通信模块与底座中的探针接触或断开。定位部件12与无线通信模块5一起向测试台滑动的距离为1mm。探针14直径为0.3mm，用于连接被测无线通信模块测试点和配套测试台测试引脚，探针在测试过程中保持不动，从而减小测试对探针的损害，延长测试装置的使用寿命。探针两端分别暴露于本微型化无线通信模块测试装置的内部即凹槽11的上表面和底座的底部。探针14还包括射频测试探针141，射频测试探针为同轴结构，即射频信号探针外包围着一层介质，并嵌到台座之中，射频测试探针特性阻抗为50欧姆，在被测模块工作频段内驻波比小于1.2，以实现被测无线模块的阻抗匹配，减小回波损耗，减小驻波比，提高了射频测试的精度，另外，射频测试探针两端分别暴露于微型化无线通信模块测试装置的凹槽11的上表面和底座的底部，以实现被测模块和上述测试台的连接，如图3、图4。
底座1的上部还设置有压块2，压块的边缘与底座的边缘通过转轴3连接，连接处还设置有扭转弹簧4，这样可以实现自动打开功能。压块材质为铜，表面镀白金，压块2的表面与底座容纳通信模块的位置相对应的部位设置有容纳槽21，容纳槽中设置有片状聚酰亚胺材质的半活动子22，半活动子通过贯穿其中部的轴23与压块2连接，轴的轴线平行于半活动子的表面并且与轴3平行。
该半活动子通过贯穿其中部的轴与压块连接，在轴的垂直方向上可以小幅转动，转动幅度受半活动子顶部与压块内部槽底之间距离限制，当装置闭合时，半活动子靠近转动轴的部分先与被测模块接触，并在轴向相对压块转动，减小由于压块转动对被测模块的挤压作用力，避免被测模块在测试装置内移动造成的错位及接触不良。见图5、图6、图7。
压块边缘与转轴3向对应的一侧设置有与底座相配合的咬合扣24。向外掰开，可打开压块，闭合压块后咬合扣与底座充分咬合，保持闭合状态。
以下介绍无线通信模块测试装置的工作过程：
1、将测试装置放置到配套测试台上，定位脚对准测试台上的定位孔，在背面拧上螺母，使测试装置稳定的固定到测试台上。
2、向外掰动测试装置的咬合扣，轻轻掀起压块，打开测试装置。
3、将被测无线通信模块放到测试装置内，注意放置的方向，应与测试点位置相对应。
4、压合压块，闭合咬合扣，即完成被测模块的连接。
5、下载测试程序，完成测试。
6、打开测试装置，更换被测无线通信模块，继续测试
本实施例中的不同技术特征也可以选择性使用。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于微型化无线通信模块测试的装置，其特征在于包括与测试台连接的底座(1)，底座的上部有容纳无线通信模块的凹槽(11)，凹槽内设置有固定通信模块的定位部件(12)，定位部件与通信模块相接触的表面设置有孔(13)，凹槽的底部有探针(14)，当定位部件(12)与通信模块一起向测试台滑动一设定距离时，探针(14)能够从定位部件表面的孔(13)中露出并将通信模块与测试平台电气连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是：所述定位部件(12)为片状，表面设有容纳通信模块的槽(121)，槽(121)的内沿设置有向内突出并与被测模块外形精确加工部分相对应的定位边(122)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的装置，其特征是：槽(121)的内沿还设置有相外突出的外边(123)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是：销钉(15)依次穿过定位部件(12)、弹簧(16)、底座(1)，销钉(15)与定位部件(12)之间为间隙配合。
5.根据权利要求4所述的装置，其特征是：所述设定距离为1mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是：探针(14)直径为0.3mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是：探针(14)还包括射频测试探针(141)，射频测试探针为同轴结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的装置，其特征是：底座(1)的上部还设置有压块(2)，压块的边缘与底座的边缘通过转轴(3)连接，连接处还设置有扭转弹簧(4)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装置，其特征是：压块(2)的表面与底座容纳通信模块的位置相对应的部位设置有容纳槽(21)，容纳槽中设置有片状的半活动子(22)，半活动子通过贯穿其中部的轴(23)与压块(2)连接，轴的轴线平行于半活动子的表面并且与轴(3)平行。
10.根据权利要求8所述的装置，其特征是：压块边缘与转轴(3)向对应的一侧设置有与底座相配合的咬合扣(24)。
