Abstract

一种耐磨型气垫船气囊、围裙结构，其特征是有主气囊(1)、辅助气囊(2)、耐磨底板(3)组成。耐磨底板是通过橡胶布铰链(4)装在辅助气囊(2)上。可拆卸。耐磨底板是高分子聚乙烯材料制成的，具有摩擦系数小特点，当气垫船在地面或冰面上航行时，摩擦阻力很小，耐磨损。

技术领域：
本实用新型涉及一种气垫船，特别是耐磨型气囊、围裙结构。 
背景技术：
气垫船的重要部件——气囊、围裙，它保证气垫船平稳、安全地在水面、地面、冰面上航行。它由高强度纤维橡胶布做成，既有柔韧性又有耐一定压力(数千帕)并气密。通常气垫船气囊、围裙在垫升状态，有一定的垫升气流高速自围裙底面喷出，有一定的隔离作用。但是在地面与冰面上航行时，地面与冰面有不平度与突起物，对围裙底面摩擦十分剧烈。极易造成磨损。影响围裙工作寿命。这是气垫船急待解决的问题。 
发明内容：
本实用新型提供一种耐磨型气囊、围裙结构，将摩擦阻力、磨损减至最小，提高围裙使用寿命。它由主气囊1，辅助气囊2，耐磨底板3，橡胶布铰链4，尼龙铰链轴5组成。气囊与船身、围裙的连接仍可按常规连接方法，或采用快装扣件连接。橡胶布铰链与气囊、耐磨底板采用胶接连接。耐磨底板可拆装维护。 
本实用新型的工作原理是：气垫船垫升状态在地面(或冰面)航行时，其围裙底面耐磨底板面与地面(或冰面)间虽有垫升气流隔离，但地面(或冰面)存在不平度及突起物，相对运动产生摩擦。由于耐磨底板是高分子聚乙烯材料制成，其摩擦系数小，因此摩擦阻力很小，底板磨损亦很小，故称之耐磨底板。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，气垫船在航行中特别是在地面与冰面上航行时，可减少摩擦阻力。有利于航行安全，提高气囊、围裙寿命。

具体实施方式：
如图所示，耐磨型气囊围裙结构，由主气囊、辅助气囊、耐磨底板、橡胶布铰链、尼龙铰链轴组成。橡胶布铰链与辅助气囊、耐磨底板胶接连接，耐磨底板靠橡胶布铰链连接在辅助气囊上。可方便拆装维护。辅助气囊与主气囊、气垫船可按常规连接方法，或采用快装扣件连接。

1.耐磨型气垫船气囊、围裙结构其特征是：由主气囊1，辅助气囊2，耐磨底板3，橡胶布铰链4，尼龙铰链轴5组成，耐磨底板(3)是通过橡胶布铰链(4)装在辅助气囊(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型气垫船气囊、围裙结构，其特征是所述的耐磨底板(3)是高分子聚乙烯材料制成的。
