背景技术
本实用新型做出以前，粗颗粒煤浆的混料工艺中没有专门的粗颗粒煤浆混料设备装置，粗颗粒煤浆的混料过程大都是通过人工来完成的，这样不仅浪费时间，而且劳动强度大，混料均匀性差，而容易造成管道堵塞，影响了粗颗粒煤浆管道输送的正常安全运行。 
发明内容
为了解决粗颗粒煤浆混料不均匀性的问题，改善现有的粗颗粒煤浆混料状况，保证粗颗粒煤浆管道输送的正常安全运行，本实用新型提供一种粗颗粒煤浆混料装置，该粗颗粒煤浆混料装置结构简单，安装方便，混料效果好。 
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：它是由6mm振筛机、棒磨机、进水管和储浆罐组成，其中6mm振筛机上安装有振筛机计量进料口和振筛机出料口，棒磨机上安装有棒磨机计量进料口和棒磨机出料口，进水管上安装有进水阀门和流量计，而储浆罐中安装有搅拌器，上端与振筛机出料口、进水管、棒磨机出料口相连接，下端安装有储浆罐出浆口。 
本实用新型的有益效果是，可以用于任意粗颗粒煤浆管道输送工程项目中的煤浆混料设备使用，从而粗颗粒煤浆混料均匀，消除了粗颗粒煤浆管道输送堵塞的安全隐患，保证了粗颗粒煤浆管道输送的正常安全运行。
