本实用新型提供了一种玻纤与亚克力纤维复合针刺毡,该针刺毡为层状结构,玻纤基布2的两面,采用针刺机对称粘贴亚克力纤维层1。玻纤基布2是一种膨体无碱玻纤纱线采用平纹织法制成的织物。玻纤基布2为水刺毡提供良好的强度,纤维面层采用亚克力纤维,由于其亚克力纤维层1具有良好的抗酸碱腐蚀性能和耐水解性能,使得该针刺毡的使用寿命可以提高20%左右。
将本实用新型投入实际的工况使用,经实施证明,本实用新型的连续工作温度为120℃~150℃,瞬间使用温度为160℃,径向强力≥1500N/5×20㎝,纬向强力≥1500N/5×20㎝,径向断裂伸长率≤25%,纬向断裂伸长率≤25%,透气度2-6m3/m2min,使用寿命提高了20%。
