本实用新型提供了一种聚苯硫醚纤维阶梯度耐高温水刺毡,该水刺毡为层状结构,在玻纤基布2的两面采用高压水射流对称粘贴玻纤与芳砜纶混合纤维层1,其混合比例为1:1~9:1之间。玻纤基布2是一种膨体无碱玻纤纱线采用平纹织法制成的织物或者无碱玻纤与芳砜纶纤维混纺形成的机织布。
将本实用新型投入实际的工况使用,经实施证明,本实用新型的连续工作温度为120℃~250℃,瞬间使用温度为280℃,径向强力≥2000N/5×20㎝,纬向强力≥2000N/5×20㎝,径向断裂伸长率≤45%,纬向断裂伸长率≤55%,透气度8-10m3/m2min。
