背景技术
目前,在一些烟尘过滤温度较低的场合,如炼铁厂、垃圾焚烧厂、高炉煤气长等使用的过滤材料,其颗粒物对滤料的磨损比较厉害,其覆膜滤料在颗粒物的作用下,其微孔膜容易被刮伤,严重降低过滤材料的精度和使用寿命。

本实用新型的技术问题是提供一种热稳定性好、耐化学气体腐蚀性好、过滤精度较高的芳纶纤维涂层针刺毡。
为了解决以上的技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种芳纶纤维涂层针刺毡为层状结构,在芳纶基布的上下面分别对称粘贴芳纶纤维层,在迎风面的芳纶纤维层上设置一特氟龙B涂层。

2)采用表面过滤,粉尘的剥离性能好,易清灰;

本实用新型提供了一种芳纶纤维涂层针刺毡,在芳纶纤维针刺毡的迎风面芳纶纤维层2的表面上,用发泡机在芳纶纤维针刺毡的迎风面涂上一层特氟龙B涂层1。
所述的芳纶纤维针刺毡是中间为芳纶基布3,上下为对称粘贴芳纶纤维层2经过针刺机针刺工艺制成非织造针刺毡。
将本实用新型投入实际的工况使用,经实施证明,本实用新型的连续工作温度为120℃~204℃,瞬间使用温度为210℃,径向强力≥1000N/5×20㎝,纬向强力≥1300N/5×20㎝,径向断裂伸长率≤25%,纬向断裂伸长率≤45%,透气度2-5m3/m2min。
