目前,在一些烟尘过滤温度较低的场合,如炼铁厂、垃圾焚烧厂、高炉煤气厂等使用的过滤材料,其粉尘的直径较细,常规的后整理技术难以满足其较高的过滤精度。

为解决前述问题,本实用新型提供一种热稳定性好、耐化学气体腐蚀性好、过滤精度较高的芳纶纤维覆膜过滤毡。该毡的结构是,在芳纶纤维针刺毡的表面,用针刺机复合一层聚四氟乙烯微孔膜:
