一种渐缩型石灰浆喷浆管，其组成包括喷浆管和喷嘴，其特征在于喷浆管上均匀安装若干喷嘴，且喷浆管的内径从管头处至管尾处依特定比例逐渐缩小，因此所有喷嘴中喷出的石灰浆液面高度也相同，这样就提高了石灰浆的利用率，提高了工艺过程的脱硫率，提高了生产效率。

背景技术
在湿法脱硫工艺过程中，需要将石灰浆均匀喷洒，以提高脱硫率，传统的喷浆管整体内径相同，上面均布石灰浆喷嘴，由于越靠近管头处喷射压力越大，而越靠近尾端喷射压力越小，就造成了从同一喷浆管喷出的石灰浆液面高度不均，造成石灰浆不能充分利用，脱硫效率难以提高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型提供一种渐缩型石灰浆喷浆管，使得从同一喷浆管的喷嘴中喷出的石灰浆液面高度相同，提高了生产效率。
为实现上述目的，采用以下技术方案：
一种渐缩型石灰浆喷浆管，其组成包括喷浆管和喷嘴，所述喷浆管上均匀安装若干喷嘴。
作为进一步的优选方案，从喷浆管管头处内径至管尾处内径按特定比例逐渐缩小。
一种渐缩型石灰浆喷浆管，其喷浆管内径从头至尾按固定比率逐步缩小，使得同一喷浆管内压力相同，因此所有喷嘴中喷出的石灰浆液面高度也相同，这样就提高了石灰浆的利用率，提高了工艺过程的脱硫率。

如图1所示，给出了本实用新型所述的电枢夹具的一个具体实施例，图中，喷嘴1均布在喷浆管2的管面，喷浆管内径从管头处内径4至管尾处直径3内径按按固定比例缩小，当石灰浆从管头处注入时，由于该管内径从头至尾逐步缩小，使得管内待喷洒石灰浆所受的压力相同，从喷嘴中喷出的石灰浆液面高度也一致，这样提高了石灰浆的利用率，提高了生产效率。

1.一种渐缩型石灰浆喷浆管，其组成包括喷嘴(1)和喷浆管(2)，其特征在于喷浆管(2)上均匀安装若干喷嘴(1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种渐缩型石灰浆喷浆管，其特征在于，从管头处内径(4)至管尾处内径(3)按特定比例逐渐缩小。
